Everything was great. The staff was helpful, breakfest excellent (a lot of variety of food, from hot, cold, fruits, through sweet to drinks). When you arrive, you get a map of island with recommendations what to visit, where to eat, hidden places etc.). We stayed with small baby and there was no issue at all. Also location is perfect, many shops, restaurants, main street in Laganas and beach nearby, althoug still quiet location. Recommendation 10/10

Great experience in laganas! We had a nice stay at Mandala seafront suites! The rooms are the same as descripted and the hotel is beautiful ! But what puts Mandala Hotel at the top is the restaurant underneath! Great food in good prices! We were eating there every day for lunch and dinner. Very welcoming people with always a personal touch. We will be back ! Thank you !

We stayed at Jenny's hotel for 7 days the experience is excellent! You will be greeted by an excellent receptionist and friendly staff, the receptionist will go over and beyond to his own responsibilities and will give you some heads ups for the area, don't hesitate also to ask him about where it is good to go for sightseeing! The staff are good at what they're doing in the pool bar excellent service and good coffee ( we didn't order their breakfast though they offer some selection for breakfast and snacks during the day) pool is clean with the surrounding area to be exceptional they even have a hammock. The cleaning room service is on another level they keep everything clean and tidy for your accommodation and pleasure ( clean towels every day change the bin bags every day also in the bathroom) In general it worth's the 3 star rating since to achieve a 4th one that would mean more facilities but the concept is to be as close as possible to a chill and relaxing atmosphere! For sure you'd like to rebook there

Premises: Booked in the off-season (October) after filtering the top 5 cheapest all-inclusive hotels with a minimum rating of 8 on the island. I chose Club Zante Plaza based on excellent reviews, and it exceeded all expectations. -The staff left an indelible impression: receptionists, bartenders, cleaning staff, chefs, and waiters were all amazing, kind, and passionate about their work. Made us feel welcome, at ease and at home. -Pleasantly surprised with a room upgrade upon arrival (I guess due to the low season) -Enjoyed a peaceful atmosphere as most clubs were closed during the off-season, though locals mentioned the area could be quite loud in the high season. -The food was exceptional, with diverse options, especially during dinner. -Delicious drinks made from local ingredients added to the experience. -Appreciated the limited entertainment options as not a fan of animation. -Real hairdryer in the room, and not just the usual hotel hairdryer that barely dries anything. -Impeccable cleaning and spacious, comfortable beds. -The room had a modern and stylish design.

Very stylish and clean, elegant hotel for adults only. No reasons for 3* in our opinion, should be 4* by all means. Everything worked and room was designed in a way that it was easy to use and enjoy. Even though it in busy street with bars, we hardly heard anything thanks to soundproof windows. Staff very friendly. Breakfast very decent and fresh. Highly recommended.
