The location was very convenient. Breakfast very good, varied and served very well by the staff. The staff was very friendly, professional and at all times at the service of the clients. There were many staff from Albania who were very professional, helpful and made our stay very pleasant.

Beautifully renovated room, modern, spacious, well equipped and comfortable. Quiet and safe neighbourhood, not too long a walk to beaches and old town, but a bit of an uphill to come back. Very friendly and helpful staff.

The staff, hospitality, food and atmosphere were exceptional. Spa facilities and services provided, massages, were outstanding. The food buffet had everything you could imagine and more. We got a free upgrade to a room with sea view and jacuzzi. The jacuzzi was even filled for us at no extra charge for the room. The room was very clean and modern. The staff were super friendly and very helpful at all times. A pillow menu helped to find the perfect pillow for a good night's sleep. Every morning there was a different egg dish, which was always freshly prepared. The buffet was delicious, fresh and included different things every day. Super central location. The private car can be parked for free in the adjacent residential area (but you need some time to find a parking space) or in a nearby parking lot for a fee (about 14 euros per day).

Eleven is a lovely little hotel in Stavromenos, about 10-15 minutes drive from Rethymno. I loved the pool, spacious room, view from the room, tasty breakfast and the staff. Everything seemed to be new, rooms were cleaned and towels changed daily. It is a bit far from everything so car is recommended but this worked great for us as we wanted to spend our vacation in a quiet spot anyway. All in all, a wonderful experience.

Mary is super helpful and very welcoming. She was responsive to our messages and waited for us to arrive. The apartment was very clean and spacious. There’s a little kitchen with everything needed. It was just a 2min walk to the Main Street and beach. There is also a supermarket and restaurants around the corner. The hotel also has a little parking space. We would recommend Calmare suites to everyone! Thank you for the great hospitality ☺️

Perfect stay in Crete! Situated a few steps from a great beach and in the most beautiful town in Crete, with excellent rooms and breakfast, fantastic restaurant and bar. But what makes me want to return is above all the staff, all of them warm, friendly and with attention to every detail. Only stayed for a week with an eleven years old, but they made us feel at home. If I return to Crete I will definitely stay at Dyo Suites! Thank you Dyo and a warm goodbye from me and Alexandra! 🤗
