The apartment looks exactly like the photos, which was a great start. It was clean, with strong and stable Wi-Fi, and both the living room and the bedroom had smart TVs, which we appreciated. The air conditioning worked very well and kept the place comfortable. The hosts were polite, respectful, and willing to help with anything we needed during our stay. We also appreciated that they clearly care about maintaining the apartment in excellent condition for future guests. By not allowing smoking or pets, they help preserve a clean, healthy, and welcoming environment. Thanks to this policy, future visitors don’t have to deal with the smell of cigarette smoke embedded in furniture or curtains, or worry about lingering pet hair on the floors and sofas. It's also great for people with allergies, who can relax knowing the air and surfaces are free from common irritants. Another positive thing is that they responsibly don’t allow children in the apartment, which makes sense, as the staircase requires careful steps.

New, clean facility, matches to pictures, excellent wooden furniture, comfortable bed, breakfast was really tasty, not noisy, friendly staff. We received excellent check-in instructions as we arrived very late from the airport while at another hotel we had to cancel our reservations because of this. I stayed with my wife and daughter for the first time in this place. The host is a wonderful person, communicative, attentive, responsive, he is interested in what we need every day. Impeccable cleanliness, towels changed daily, bedding also changed. Along with the welcome greeting from the host, I had a bottle of Greek wine in the room. There is also a fridge in the lobby with juices, champagne, beer and wine. Everything is superlative, quiet location, close to the beach, supermarket nearby, open daily. I will gladly return to this place. I warmly recommend it to anyone who wants a relaxing, carefree stay.
