A great place to relax. Far from the city. Quite a large swimming pool, two minutes to the private beach. There are enough sunbeds both on the beach and by the pool, so everyone will find a place. (There is no nasty habit of reserving sunbeds at 6 a.m.) The food is fantastic - very, very good and varied, everyone will find something for themselves. Great service, everyone was very nice and helpful. Good internet connection also on the beach. In general, there is a very good atmosphere in the hotel - more family-like - and makes it even easier to relax. Many thanks to hotel staff for one of the best holidays in my life.

Luxurious and spacious surroundings. All the comforts of residence with large beds, bedrooms, living areas and balconies. The location was perfect, walking distance to the centre but not in the middle of the crowd. We will definitely be staying here again if we visit the area. The suite was beautiful, clean and comfortable. The staff are amazing, very friendly and helpful.

The owners and stuff were very helpful. The property has free parking. They allowed us to check in early. The bed was not very soft, but that was not a problem for us. In the room, there were complimentary water, drinks, and sweets. There were mosquito screens on the doors, and also mosquito repellent in the room. We didn’t use the kitchen area, but it was equipped with sufficient utensils. We ordered from the property’s bar; the portions were adequate and the food was delicious. The property has its own beach. The beach area is pebbly, but the sea floor is sandy. There were free sunbeds and umbrellas reserved for our room number(room 4). We were very comfortable with our two small children. There were enough tables and chairs in the garden. The view was beautiful. The owners gave us detailed information about the restaurants and places we wanted to visit. After our car trip from England to Greece, thanks to them, we had an amazing two days. This lovely property, which has become one of the places we want to visit again, will be dearly missed.

If you want to experience real nice place with fabulous sightseeing views long up and down walks with very nice sandy beach at the end of the city and not so far away other beautiful beaches - Neos is jut a right fit! It has the scent of old towns at the cliff but in the same time it has a layers of modernity embroidered throughout the scape. If it is more for young people? Maybe, if you don't like to walk but there is round walk next to the sea side as well... Nice restaurants, small shops just in a proper measure - for vacation that will fulfill you with scents and flavors of Greece.

After spending 10 days I am sure about I will never go back...

After spending 10 days I am sure about I will never go back to Neos Marmaras. Very noisy and crowded beaches, a lot of people during the night shopping. We went to Platanitsi Wild Beach on daily basis (50km from Neos Marmaras) to avoid this nightmare.

The town is not too big, but big enough to have all you need...

The town is not too big, but big enough to have all you need. At night there is a lot of people on the streets. There are more than enough fine places to eat and to buy stuff. The streets are at an incline and parking can be a challenge sometime especially when there are many visitors from other places. You can't always expect to park within 50m from you apartment, but it's not too bad. The city beach is wonderful, clean coast, clean water, plenty of space. Lagomandra beach is about 7min driving to the north (back to Nikiti) and is a very popular place for a good reason. Book a cruise with one of the local sailing ships, it's worth it.

An excellent host who provided lots of information about the village and local area. The apartment was ideally situated and only minutes from the centre of Neos Marmaris. Would recommend to anyone visiting.

Lovely beach (after the harbour), recommend a full tour with Stratos Train to have a full view. Various options for lunch and dinner, good food at a fair prices. Nearby is an olive plantation where we tasted a great olive oil, price was only 12 Euro / l.

Neos Marmaras is small town in the hills so you have to be carefull when you choose location of your accomodation because some streets are very steep. On the way from Neos Marmaras to Nikiti you have several nice beaches, everything is very close to eachother. In Neos Marmaras you have enough shops and reastaurants and cafes.

This is a very nice hotel, great value for money. The staff is super friendly. Very calm atmosphere. Nice little garden with many plants, nice pool area. Not too crowded, relaxed. Breakfast is very good, not too extensive but really all you need and with good quality. All is very clean and well taken care of. Close to the beach and also walking distance to Neo Marmaras. Restaurants close by the main road or by the beach. We had a car and parking was easy, either in front of hotel or at larger parking spot very close by. Supermarket close.

The apartments are located in a quiet and beautiful bay near Neos Marmaras. We were in 2-bed studio on the first floor with a wonderful view of the sea. The apartments are perfectly clean, have a well-equipped kitchenette, a large balcony with a sea view and the bathroom is completely renovated and modern. The hosts are attentive and very kind. The apartments are a 2-minute walk from the uncrowded beach, which may not be ideal for small children, but the sea is crystal clear and great for snorkeling.

What a nice surprise! The location is close to everything, beach, shops and restaurants. But still in a quiet area. The surprise is coming from the apartment interior. Brand new modern furniture, very well equipped, nice lighting system and probably the most beautiful terrace with a view to the beach from Neos Marmaras. We’ve been there 7 persons but never had the feeling of overcrowded space.

Wonderful house with amazing sea view! Very kind hosts! Sia told us about the beautifulest beaches in Sithonia and near to Neos Marmaras, and gave us the best advises about what to do here. George & Sia’s house is the best choise in Neos Marmaras. We’ll go back again next year.

Rooms are big, beach is clean, plenty of sunbeds, kids really enjoyed it. Nice little promande to port with couple of shops and restaurants. Water taxi to Neos Marmaras is really cool.
