Absolutely loved our short stay! The studio was spotless, beautifully equipped, and had everything we needed. Super easy to get from the airport, with smooth self check-in and late arrival available. The toiletries were a delight, Wi-Fi was lightning fast, and the location couldn’t be better right on the first line, with cafés and shops just steps away. We enjoyed a charming side sea view from the balcony.

Perea is a lovely destination if you enjoy sandy beaches.

Perea is a lovely destination if you enjoy sandy beaches. The beach bars along the coast are perfect for chilling out and spending lazy days by the sea. For more activities or sightseeing, you’ll need to go outside Perea. It’s relatively well connected, but don’t expect fast or very frequent transport. Still, it’s a great spot if your priority is sun, sand, and a seaside vibe. Nomad and Abuelos are perfect beach / brunch bars and Taverna Thalassopoulia a great Greek restaurant.

I would not recommend Perea beach as a holiday destination. The beach means a narrow piece of land. The sand is dirty, there is rubbish everywhere even in the water. The sea si full of sea weed. There are no water sports in the area. There are paid sunbeds that we did not use. However, the restaurants are good and the food is cheap.

At the time of our stay, it wasn't overcrowded, and a lot of local people were frequent visitors to the beach. The town is kind of suburbia of Thessaloniki, and it is close to the big shopping malls and all that Thessaloniki can offer. The atmosphere is more casual both during the daytime, as well as during nights.

Great place, both relaxing and full of life. Lots of places where you can eat local and international cuisine, bars on the beach, tavernas with Greek music. Close to Thessaloniki, 15-20 minutes drive.

A typical small town.

A typical small town. Its main advantage is the location — close to the airport, Thessaloniki, and Halkidiki. We used it as a base and traveled frequently: to Pozar Baths, Edessa, Thessaloniki, Mount Olympus, and Thermi (where my sister lives). There isn't much to do in Perea itself, but the accommodation offered a great value for the price, which worked well for us.

We had a very pleasant and comfortable stay. Enough room for a large family or a group. Loved the style, sometimes we felt like we're in an art gallery. Air conditioning units in every room, all worked well. WiFi was spotless too. Rooms were very clean, beds were spacious. The host is friendly and helpful. Grocery store nearby, kids playground within a walking distance. Free parking space right in front of the property. 15mins drive from the airport. Boats go from Perea to Thessaloniki 8 times per day, ideal for a day trip to the city.

The location is very nice very close to beach and very nice restaurants with suitable prices, hotel is nice for money what we invested, but it is too old and I think should be uploaded some more realistic photos of apartament, not pictures when building was build 😅😅, all in all price is good but they should renovate a little bit because we could see that was constantly full so they can not say that they do not have conditions for that. Perea see you again soon...

Perfect location for a 1 night beach stay adjacent to an arrival/departure flight. Easy parking close to the hotel. We had a room with sea view and that is realy worthwhile. 15' drive to the airport. Enjoyed the stay. Little valuable lunch locations in Perea beach area itself. We drove 15' to Epanomi that is more authentic food. Next drove to the airport to catch our flight

This is our “go to” hotel whenever we travel through Thessaloniki Airport and we are never disappointed. Rooms are modern and spacious and the en-suite bathrooms are large and well appointed. Breakfast is excellent and the view is amazing. The staff are wonderful and always make their guests feel welcomed. We have stayed many times and will continue to do so!
