Everything was excellent. The place is built in a traditional form, consisting of different little apartments, one next to the other, with a beautiful garden. Really lots of space in the room, very clean and nicely decorated. The lady who runs it is kind and helpful. Answered all our questions very happily and gave lots of advice. Breakfast : Everything homemade and delicious.

A beautiful home. Everything you need to enjoy your stay is provided. My favourite part of the house was the gorgeous view from the lounge room. A window that's like looking at a forever changing painting of the scenery. It's situated about 10kms from Ioannina, but it's a traditional village. Its a Good place to stay to visit the surrounding areas. We enjoyed our stay very much and highly recommend Lozart.

The room is like a small appartment with the bedroom at the back behind a semi partition wall with a window in it that gives privacy but doesn't create division. The "kitchen" area has a table, a small oven, a fridge, a great little capsule coffee machine (with lots of capsules) a filter coffee machine and all the necessary equipment to cook if we wanted to. There was a lovely small bottle of wine and local tsipouro along with rusks, butter and marmalade. The Bed is very comfortable. I am just mentioning it because it is there. The television, although we didn't use it, is large and in just the right position to view had we wanted to from the bed. The bed is oriented so that when you wake up you face the view which is a great pleasure. The shower is perfect. Everything is of high quality build and super clean and the room just works perfectly. There is plenty of parking right outside the gate and the place is super quiet. The owner is a lovely person and helped us with a very small issue we had and resolved it immediately and above expectations. All in all the place is perfect as a base to explore all the amazing sights around. We went to the Plaka Bridge, The Politsa Bridge and the Klifkis waterfalls which are all within short drives through amazing mountains and scenery. The owner was very helpful and gave us a lot of information on where to go and what to do. All in all this is a perfect little place and I recommend it without reservation.

The location was so peaceful and an easy walk to the local cafes and museum. It was a pleasure to meet Niko. He was so helpful and kind and even helped us arrange meeting the famous artist who was in town at the museum. When we arrived at the house there were fresh eggs, coffee, and water waiting for us. That was a special touch. We really enjoyed our stay here.

I had a really nice time staying there.

I had a really nice time staying there. The owner of the guesthouse is so helpful and polite. And the bedroom, bathroom, kitchen, and living room are quite nice and big. It feels like living in one's own house. It's a bit far from my workshop location (Kalentzi) if one doesn't like walking (except I do like walking). Walking down and up the mountain surrounded by a beautiful view like that in the morning and evening is a pretty amazing experience. Another thing, the restaurant owner near the guesthouse is so friendly and really helpful. I really appreciated his kind gesture. Overall, it's a good option for someone who likes walking and exploring nature.
