It's hard to find fault with this hotel. They made us feel like a million dollars. From the beautiful architectural and interior design throughout the hotel, everything spotlessly clean, top class service from the moment you drive to the entrance to the moment you leave, amazing choice and quality of breakfast and dinner buffet items. Lots of thoughtful extras free of charge - beach bag, flip flops, constant bottles of water in your room, afternoon refreshments drink at the sunbeds. Prices of drinks and lunches in the bars was very reasonable. Management were visible throughout our stay, making sure everything ran like clockwork and everywhere scrupiously clean. There is so much space and private areas around the hotel and grounds that it never felt busy. Beach boys did a great job managing beds. This is a top class hotel.

The hotel was stunning, set on a quiet peninsular south of Pula. There were shops, bars and restaurants within walking distance of the hotel and even a small beach just a stones throw away. The staff were superb all round, receptionists were fantastic at recommending local spots to eat/drink/enjoy Pula. The bar and waiting staff were courteous and attentive throughout our trip. We opted for the bed and breakfast option and were very impressed with the selection every morning. We also ordered a couple of poolside snacks (club sandwich and pizzas) throughout our stay and again each time it was delicious. One evening we ordered a bottle of wine, our only direction to the gentleman was “red and preferably local”, upon his return we had a table-side opening and information about the wine and vineyard it came from. Top quality service from start to finish. The room was modern, quiet and exceptionally clean. Fresh linens and towels daily. We brought our own toiletries with us but to my partners delight there was Elemis products provided. We also had a smart TV which we used to stream music on YouTube whilst getting ready each evening. Overall a superb experience. Would highly recommend to anyone. Thank you to each of the staff that made our stay so memorable.

The staff are extremely friendly, polite and also good fun. Love the breakfast, so much on offer I couldn't try everything. The hotel owners also make wine, which is served at the hotel, pleasantly surprised as I've never tried Croatian wine before. The food is excellent in the restaurant, the octopus salad is a must, the ceviche incredible with home made bread served at wach meal. Wonderful service too. The secure underground parking was a huge bonus, even for a large SUV with a roof box, plenty of space. The room we had was big enough for the 3 of us, lovely comfortable beds and a partial sea view. The hotel is brand new and in a peaceful location on the sea front, a short drive away from Pula town centre if you want to enjoy a vibrant town centre. There is a local boat hire facility a short walk across the bridge into the Marina where there is also a restaurant and bar. A boat tour is a must, even for a few hours (negotiate on price) . Ask for Ivo, very friendly young man and capable skipper.

First an foremost the residence is to be commended for the immens quality of the personnel. The young staff was not only friendly and commited to their tasks, they were genuine connecting with us guests to a point where they felt more like friends, than personnel. They were being helpful in any way imaginable, besides their obligatory hotel-duties. Even in late night hours, they would be of service, when not even on duty anymore. It's incomparable to previous experiences, because of how lovely these people treated us. Also they were very hard-working and improved the expierience for the guests every day, f.e. by pimping up the sorroundings and the ambiente of the residence. 10/10 for those guys, thank you very much. The establishment itself was also very neat, clean, stylish and especially the pool (saltwater) and the outdoor area were very nice. The location is really usefull, since a lot of nice locations are nearby and taxi prices are very low. Very great stay - would recommend to everyone, anytime.
