Just Wow. I had great expectations coming to this place because of all the outstanding reviews, and it was even better than I imagine. Staying in a place were Plitvice National Park is close by was magical, the whole surroundings being green and beautiful. Zrinka, Barbara and the whole staff were so kind you almost forget that people like them actually exist. The food was not only delicious and fresh, but home made with such love and dedication, we are food lovers and the breakfast was the best Ive ever had traveling, they let you make snacks for the park, take some fruits, it was great. The rooms were full of details and even better than I could have imagined, the peace of the place allows you to sleep so good. Zrinka even took the time to take us to the park one morning and even took us to our bus the last day we were there. For me felt like a 5 star hotel, a whole package, and I wish I would be so lucky to ever come back. Zrinka house is one of those places I know we will never forget and will forever recommend to anybody coming to this beautiful place.

We stayed for one day. The staff were very welcoming and friendly. The apartment was very beautiful. Breakfast had a bit of everything. Approximately 8 km from Plitvice (Entrance 1) and 20 km from Rastoke. If we come back, we will definitely stay longer.

We stayed in Grabovac as we wanted to visit Plitvice.

We stayed in Grabovac as we wanted to visit Plitvice. We booked our tickets a day before for 7am. I'm glad we went early as from 9am the park was very busy. We used entrance 2, for a longer walk (but not the longest), it was very good until we reached entrance 1 (by small ferry) which was extremely busy. I do not recommend entrance 1 as the queue for ferry was very very long. Generally avoid busy periods if you want to enjoy nature.

Near Plitvice Lakes, quiet area, but near many local restaurants and supermarkets. Restaurant of choice was GRAND LAKES RESTAURANT, Plitvicka Jezera. Wonderful food and friendly staff. Barac Caves is the perfect place to chill, play area for children and three forest trails leading from the carpark. Exceptionally clean and plush toilets there too!

Perfect place to stay when visiting Plitvice lakes national park, i.e. only a short ride by car of 10-15 min. to entrance 1 as well as entrance 2 of the Plitvice national park. Several good restaurants as well to choose between.

Great Location down the road from Both Entrance 1 and 2 to the Plitvice Waterfalls. Helpful Host. Quiet neighborhood off main road. Beautiful Bucolic setting surrounding the town. Exceptional value!

Our host was very nice and helpful . The room was very clean and has everything that we need for our short stay. Breakfast was prepared for us and was delicious. There are few restaurants in a very close proximity. Sara recommended us one of restaurant and the menu was great.

Lovely countryside area. Close to Plitvice National Park.

Lovely countryside area. Close to Plitvice National Park. Also there are a lot of additional walks to be made in the area. If you enjoy riding a bike, the whole area can be explored by bike. Also rafting and kayaking are an option for the area.

This was the best place we stayed during our entire Croatian holiday, hands down. The host and his family were genuinely warm and welcoming, and the apartment was fantastic—spotlessly clean, comfortable, and convenient. The location is excellent, just a couple of minutes by car from a well-stocked supermarket and around 10 minutes from Plitvice Lakes Entrance 1.

The front desk staff was very informative and friendly. We had a spacious family room, which had a nice bathroom with a sun roof. Hotel is modern, cheery and well maintained. Only 10 mins to Plitvice Lake National Park. Breakfast was simple and good enough to start the day.

A simple but comfortable room, in a great location very close to Plitvice national park entrance, also close to a good supermarket. There are some lovely drives in this area too. Beautiful view from our door, very nice grounds and host was very lovely.
