We stayed here for 3 nights at the end of our Bali trip because we wanted to be closer to the airport and this brand new charming, modern beachfront hotel exceeded our expectations. The staff are the nicest, most professional people that we met during our entire trip and went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable there. We booked a room with an oceanview, but weren't expecting a violent windstorm our first night there - we asked if we could move to a quieter room and they had 2 options ready for us within a couple hours. They even surprised us with some fresh fruit and a homemade cake from their kitchen, which was so nice of them to do. My boyfriend got food poisoning at a seafood restuarant nearby on our 2nd last day and the staff arranged to have a doctor sent up to our room to treat him - he was feeling so much better the next day for our flight home and we owe it all to the staff at Platinum Hotel. The breakfast was very nice (special thanks to Dina) and while we weren't able to take advantage of the gym or the pool, they looked like excellent facilities and we're excited to try them out the next time we stay. They also did a great job on our laundry and the car they arranged for us to the airport was extremely affordable and comfortable. We will definitely be staying here again the next time we visit Bali, hopefully for longer than 3 nights because they were just that great. Suksma!

We spent two wonderful days at the hotel, and my husband and I absolutely loved every moment. What stood out most to us was the warm, home-like ambiance that made us feel instantly comfortable. The traditional Balinese furniture beautifully reflected the island’s cultural identity, adding a sense of authenticity to our stay. And the rooftop—what a gem! At night, we enjoyed breathtaking views of the GWK statue, illuminated by stunning lights that made the experience truly magical. We also had the pleasure of meeting the owner, who was incredibly friendly and kind. Her Sphynx cats frequently visited us, much to my husband’s delight—he’s a devoted cat lover. He especially enjoyed their company while sipping his morning coffee, making the experience even memorable.
