Lagoi is a great getaway place, and only an hour by ferry from Singapore. A wide variety of accommodation and many places to eat. We also went to the sand dunes and 'Blue lake' at Telaga Biru/Gurun Pasir Bintan.

I had a great experience in Lagoi overall.
I had a great experience in Lagoi overall. The hotel was very nice—clean, comfortable, and relaxing. No complaints at all about the hotel or the beach; both were beautiful and well-maintained, perfect for a peaceful getaway.
However, the shopping and dining options within Lagoi were quite limited. It would have been nice to have more variety in restaurants and shops to explore. Also, transportation to go outside of Lagoi was quite expensive, which made it a bit challenging to get around or experience more of the area beyond the resort zone.
Still, if you're looking for a quiet, beachside escape with a great place to stay, Lagoi is a solid choice.

Four point Bintan was great, staff were very friendly and...
Four point Bintan was great, staff were very friendly and professional even went for extra miles. Food wise got room for improvements, room tv was big but not enough channels wish they had Netflix. Beach was windy, morning breeze was really great but there’s quite a lot of trash so it’s dangerous to walk in barefoot.

Staff in Natra Bintan is extremely friendly with excellence service. This is my 2nd visit and it's still warm my heart! My family enjoyed the entire stay and we won't hesitate to visit again!
The Best Hospitality and Friendly Award goes to Mr Agus and Mr Eki, they both demonstrated excellence service and their sunshine smile and attentiveness is truly amazing! And they both have made my TWO visits extremely memorable, THANK YOU!

The room overlooks the swimming pool, offering a splendid sea view. The restaurant's food is delightful, with courteous and attentive serving staff. The hotel's amenities are modern, pristine, and extremely comfortable. We adore the expansive, high-ceilinged, and breezy open-concept lobby. Our three-night stay was outstanding.

Living in a hotel / ship / museum was a new experience for us!
We also had the pleasure to participate to the ship’s heritage tour and find out about its history and the long journey to its now permanent home in Bintan, meeting also Mr Eric Saw, the man behind this ambitious project.
Definetly a worth while experience that made our stay in Bintan a very memorable one!
It is also a very relaxing location… also the infinity pool is super nice and the staff is super friendly and ready to help out.

We loved the beach, it was really clean and the sand was so soft, the best we have experienced in Bintan. Our villa was really nice too, it felt bigger than the photos and everything was in great condition. The variety of pools was perfect for the whole family. The staff were super friendly and helpful. The food was pretty good too, and even catered for my vegan diet. Overall excellent value for money.

Near to ferry, there’s a open air food court/ hawker just behind the hotel. A massage parlour n convenience store too. No grab service there so gotta get your own either from hotel or there’s tourist information centre around providing this or get contact of driver from your friends n family first. Will sure to be back in Bintan again in the e future!

The grounds and the cabins at Mayan Sari were wonderful! The grounds are very well kept. The beach was very clean. Staff is exceptionally helpful and friendly and the swimming pool area at Nirwana hotel is thoroughly enjoyable. The chef at Mayan Sari restaurant, “The Deli” made some wonderful meals.
