Honestly, this is one of the best places I’ve ever stayed at. The communication online before the stay was easy, with quick responses and thorough answers. The people working here are very helpful and wonderful. You can really feel that the owner cares about the place, and the staff are invested into making your stay and all over experience as good as possible. Easy to arrange tours. They will take you to all the good spots, and they bring snacks and food for long hours away from the homestay. The only small feedback for improvement I can think of, is I wish for more stafety briefing before snorkeling for guests that aren’t too familiar with being in the ocean, specifically on the dangers of touching anything under the sea, just for safety precautions. The reef in front of the homestay is wonderful, and the jetty makes it so easy to snorkel and swim all day long. The food is amazing, and the bathroom amenities was to a higher standard than I expected. The owner made sure to ask about potential allergies, and he was going out of his way to try to make it possible for us to get the room we requested, which we were very thankful for. They also informed us about and helped us get Marine Reserve passes. I will never forget how well taken care of I felt. I cannot from the bottom of my heart recommend Nyande enough. I will miss it so much, and I hope to be back one day.

in front of the stilt house there is a wonderful coral reef. corals of all shapes and colors, fish of all kinds, colors and sizes. turtles, 🦈 sharks, puffer fish, scorpion🐠🐟🐋🐡 all there at 100 meters. We really liked the hospitality of Thina, ❤️a woman and exceptional, attentive to every detail, excellent cook and a perfect organizer for all excursions. she and her family made us feel right at home 😍

We had a great time at Bruno raja ampat. We were warmly welcomed by Farrah and her family. Farrah prepared us very good food, with typical specialities. The home stay is just in front of the jetee of sauwandarek, on the beach. It’s great for snorkeling. There is a wide variety of fishes, corals and many sea turtles. We are in a small village quiet and very welcoming. We really enjoyed our stay and we recommend this address.

We had an amazing stay with Turtle homestay. The food was excellent – we're both vegetarians, and they took great care of us. The rooms were comfortable, and the beach was stunning. The highlight of our stay was the wonderful staff. A special thank to Asrul and Will who dived with us – the dives were incredible and their company was so nice. Also, thanks to the rest of the team who were so kind and helped us with everything. Can’t wait to come again.

You know how people only ever write a review when an experience was either truly bad or exceptionally good. Well, this review will be an exceptionally good one. It was our first time in Raja Ampat, let alone Indonesia. Eddo Homestay was our first accommodation and we had low expectations from what we generally read about accommodations in Raja Ampat and because it was a newly built place with few reviews. However, our expectations were exceeded. The first thing I wanna highlight is the hospitality, kindness and service of all the staff there. I especially want to mention Acho, the guy who manages the Homestay and took care of anything we needed. The first two days we were the only two guests at the Homestay and had the best experiences. Acho personally went snorkeling with us at Yenbuba Jetty, took us to a Sandbank, to Sauwandarek Village and Arborek. He was pretty much our personal guide and we enjoyed every single minute of it. He went above and beyond to fulfill all our "wishes" / requests, no matter what it was about (excursions, food, more data for our sim card, etc.). He would also always sit with us for every meal, talk to us, share about life in Indonesia. It was like hanging out with your older brother. They also tried their best to offer a variety of different foods each day. For breakfast we had toast, fried eggs, pancakes, Nutella, jam, cheese and one day (upon our request) even Avocado. For lunch and dinner it's mostly rice but always with either fish, meat, vegetables, salad, etc. And always delicious. Our highlight were the chocolate chip cornflakes with cold fresh milk though. The cabins were very spacious with a double bed and mosquito net, a couch, a little closet area with hangers and a fan. The bathroom was huuuge and beautifully designed. Each cabin has a terrace with two lounge chairs where we mostly hung out. We had everything we needed. The entire place was very clean, the cabins, the restaurant, everything.

The trash in the water was disappointing and considering we are paying marine pass and diving fees it’s disappointing to not see any effort to be cleaning the seas or collection of the amount of trash. There are also no dedicated trails to explore the island and again, fees should be used to create this feature to enhance the visitor experience. There should also be dedicated transport services to the islands thus eliminating fluctuating and at times expensive transport to waisai or sorong

The location is very beautiful.

The location is very beautiful. Beautiful landscapes, it's a shame that it's starting to become a tourist location. Plastic started appearing everywhere, in the water and on the ground. The locals are only interested in money, they do nothing against plastic pollution. Upon entering the area, you are charged a fee used for the maintenance and development of the area, but I personally have not seen anything in this regard. The prices of products and transport are very high compared to other areas, being justified by the high price of fuel. In my opinion, this fuel price is not as high as the locals claim, being the only reason for the excessively high prices and the desire for profit. The area and location are very beautiful, being places dedicated to nature lovers and especially those passionate about diving and snorkling.

Pulau Mansuar is a somewhat remote island in Raja Ampat (but...

Pulau Mansuar is a somewhat remote island in Raja Ampat (but there are much more remote islenads there), with m,ost of the accmmodations accessible from the beach only with a speedboat - which gives one of the charms of it. The other one is the stunning reef all around the island. Sawaranek is supposed the best, but to tell the trurt, all other places we visited were similar. The Manta point neart to Mansuar should not be missed = but make sure you buy in adnvanve (in Waisai) the - otherwise obligatpry - entry PIN for that.
