I loved how quiet and relaxing this place was! Upon arrival, we got a cold drink and towel and we were even offered an upgrade as one of the other rooms was available. The hotel organised a taxi for us from bangsal port to the hotel (2 hour drive) which was super helpful! The daily breakfast was my favourite part, you get a main, tea or coffee, fresh juice and a fruit platter and it was all sooo yummy. The staff were so lovely as well and everything felt very clean, including the pool.

Peaceful location. Beautifully set out. The most amazing breakfast! Walking distance to the beach and scooter hire just up the road. We felt comfortable riding scooters as roads are good and other road users are careful! Would 100% recommend a stay at Deiftwood.

Very clean and comfortable bungalow. The bathroom was large with impressive bathtube/shower and nice decoration (they even provide organic soap!). There is a water dispenser in the bedroom which is very convenient. The staff were extremely friendly and accomodating. Good breakfast served at your private terrace. 5 min walk from Selong Belanak.

We loven our stay here and even extended with one night. The owner, Joe, gave us recommendations on what to do, organized a taxi, scooter, etc. You can use the bicycles from Pandan for free which is very useful to move around town and to get to the beach. The place is located perfectly, very close to a beautiful beach and to some nice restaurants. Our room was very clean and beautiful. In the bungalows, there is a shared kitchen which is really useful if you want to cook yourself.

Selong belanak is a charming location with friendly locals...

Selong belanak is a charming location with friendly locals and great food! Main beach Munah is buzzing with people holidaying and learning to surf With Warungs along the beach you can grab a board or a cold Bintang and enjoy the water Homestays are the way to go but there are also Also beachfront restaurants and resort style places. Beautiful surrounding areas and still quite enough to enjoy local farming I hope it stays this way and foreign resorts do not take over.

This is the most beautiful and scenic beach in the area! Great for beginner surfing lessons - for all ages (lots of kids as well!) Not so great for swimming due to the waves and abundance of surfers but one can certainly take a dip to cool off. Great walking beach where one can get away from the beach loungers, surfers and warungs for some solitude. Lots of great little warungs for cheap eats with a great laid-back vibe. The power of the crashing waves was absolutely mesmerizing and the sunsets were stunning!! Absolutely loved this beach. Lots of great restaurants nearby as well.

I loved this little town.

I loved this little town. It's not too busy - perfect for couples or families. There are not too many restaurants to choose from but there are a few real gems here (Luana, Klub Kembali, Three Sisters, Pronto). Definitely recommend a stay here to beat the crowds of Kuta, for a better beach, for those hoping to surf and for unbelievably good craft cocktails with local flavours (@Klub Kembali)!

Amazing! Best beach we’ve been to in Indo.

Amazing! Best beach we’ve been to in Indo. Lovely beginner surfer waves. Lots of places to stay and eat. Easy to get around and friendly people. We ate at Laut Biru for dinners- beautiful and affordable and right on the beach. Lots of warungs to get cheaper meals. Our children surfed all day- board rental is easy and you can get affordable lessons. A few small Convenience stores are close by for essential items. I

A beautiful, serene, and clean beachfront resort with quiet and peaceful setting. A great romantic and family location. Not much around in terms of restaurants, market/groceries, shopping etc. This is a place to relax.

Great sandy beach with clear waters.

Great sandy beach with clear waters. Plenty of options to rent sun loungers, umbrellas, surf boards etc. and plenty of places to eat and drink. Big shout out for the restaurant Laut Biru Bar and Restaurant who have friendly, professional waiting staff, excellent options and delicious food at affordable prices. Also options to sit inside or outside and is located on the beach. Went back there three times and returning again this week.
