John serves the best coffee in this part of the world 😊 Clean rooms, comfy beds and beatiful flowers at the entrance. Very friendly and welcoming staff. I stay there only for my work purposes, but I really wish to stay there longer.

Amanda was an excellent host and provided anything we needed. The property was quiet and centrally located in the Cavan countryside, ideally located for exploring both the east and west coasts and Northern Ireland, as well as being within easy reach of Cavan town with its restaurants and supermarkets. My wife and I enjoyed the fine views from the property as well as exploring the surrounding area by foot, including the picturesque Cloughoughter Castle about a 40 minute walk away along tranquil country lanes.

The spa with a large heated outdoor pool There are bathrobes in every room - no need to change in a busy changing room as you put on your swimming costume and bathrobe in your room and walk to the spa. In addition, the rooms had large very comfortable beds.

    Really enjoyed our stay here, the accommodation is real good and has been maintained to a good standard. The wifi is excellent and the TV is very good. Each room has access to a bathroom two are en-suites. We had a welcome pack of bread and milk etc left. Belturbet is close by, a short(ish) walk.

    Like a little mini hotel with a beautiful spacious room. Comfy beds and the staff just made it, so friendly from start to finish!! Lovely view over the lake in the breakfast room. Would definitely stay here again.

    A lovely spacious cabin in a very quiet location. Well presented and immaculately clean throughout. Only a 5 min drive from the local shops in Belturbet and 20 mins from Cavan.
