The hotel is superb and located in a very good place. Killaloe is a lovely town. The room was really comfortable and very clean, a comfy bed and a spotless bathroom. Super breakfast! recommended!

The room was nice and big, we had bathrobes and slippers for the pool. Lots of parking spaces. Breakfast had a lot of options. We also enjoyed ou diner at the bar. It's the best hotel we stayed at in Ireland. I would go back.

I traveled to university of Limerick for a conference this summer and stayed in this hotel for 4 nights. As the catering service on campus was highly limited I also ate many times at the restaurant. Staffs at reception and restaurant are very friendly and helpful. They took very good care of me during my stay.

Engagement of staff - Sarah at reception who met us and made us feel welcome immediately and Josephine and Maggie who served us dinner and breakfast respectively. We were so well looked after. Room was terrific and the food was affordable and excellent.
