They give used cutleries(can see food particles on spoons/knife and raw stains on napkins) to people and i had to make them change 3-4times to get a neat and clean. Same happens in morning breakfast and evening hitea time, cups provided for Cornflakes were dirty and evening tea cups are cracked with black stains. Clean toilets and good ambience. The way to the beach could be well maintained so the guest can go in anytime as it was filled with too many weeds n pathway was not clear. Facilities were perfectly clean and to a very high standard. Firoz personally took us to the train station to ensure we got the correct tickets and on the train safely (so many bags).
