The hotel was beautiful, comfortable and clean. The staff was very helpful and professional at breakfast, in the gym area. We didn't stay long enough in the hotel, but definitely would use more of the facilities next time. Would recommend this as the best stay in Dhramshala. Would definitely stay here again :)

I liked the entirety of the hotel services, be it the welcoming attitudes of the hosts or the proactivity of the staff throughout the day - very courteous, yet professional in understanding what a guest needs. The rooms were comfortable, and clean, and just loved the fact that towels were changed every day. The location of the hotel is the icing on the cake with such a 360-degree glamorous panorama of the Dauladar range, the beautiful valley of the lower Dharamsala a blissful view of His Holiness the Dalai Lama`s residence, just making our day contented and blessed. I booked this hotel from 19 Apr 2025 to 21 Apr 2025. Really the room was neat and clean. View from the balcony was amazing. Electric kettle, geyser, hair dryer etc amenities provided. Staff is supportive and courteous. Go for this hotel if you want good , neat and clean property for your stay
