I liked everything. I travel a lot and know what I'm talking about. The hotel makes you feel at home. The staff cares about your every step. They help with everything. Excessive attention. Here you can relax and feel real comfort. The rooms are clean, comfortable, there is water and fruit every day. You can eat breakfast for the whole day. The room was well appointed, although a little smaller than I expected, but very comfortable with pillow options and good blackout curtains. The breakfast was excellent, cooked to order with a great choice of local and western options, plus a buffet for fruit and pastries. We had a wonderful waiter called Jason who made our mornings extra special with his recommendations and excellent service. The doormen were also fantastic, always courteous and helpful when our Uber went to the wrong pick up! We loved the location of the hotel as it was less frantic then other places and very peaceful, it's also great to walk along Marine Drive in the evenings and people watch. We had a great stay!

Everything was awesome, the food, the room, the cleanliness and location are all awesome. We loved the ambiance on our stay and what we loved even more is that the hotels care for hiring staff with learning disabilities like Down Syndrome or hearing disabilities. I will continue to support hotels such as Taj the trees that care for providing a nice and sustainable environment for these folks. Will definitely be coming back!

I’m very happy about Hotel Naaz Executive in Mumbai. It was above all expectations. Quiet location 10 minutes from the international airport. Clear and big room include air condition I TV. Every day cleaning, free washing clothes, enough free drinking water and juice in mine fridge. Free breakfast and many compliments from hotel. Friendly staff always ready to help and answer any questions about the city. Especially Yusuf, who helped me to choose the best dish for dinner every evening. Drivers Irshad and Khan, who show me all Mumbai and tell enough information about City. I’ve strongly recommended hotel for all visitors. I’ll be back soon.

We liked the resilience of the people surrounded by incredible poverty with little or no facilities having to endure life in a very highly polluted area of the world. We will never recommend any of our family members or friends to visit.

Good and Bad.

Good and Bad. Wealth and poverty clearly evident but we only had one night at the hotel on our way home. Initially stayed further south when we arrived and were booked there for our last night by the travel agent which made no sense so booked this hotel via Booking.com and a great move on our part only 15mins from the airport.

I grew up in Mumbai. Lots of fond memories. Great city with great work culture, nice shopping, restaurants, reasonable weather. Infrastructure is a dampener but the Mumbai spirit is helpful, indomitable and never gives up. My favourite place in Mumbai is Bandra. It has glamour, the sea, lovely quaint Christian bungalows that builders have always been trying to acquire, lovely eating and drinking places, great bookshops, a super cool attitude and a generally friendly and helpful public.

The people are wonderful - if you want to feel like royalty, go to Mumbai! It's easy to get taxis at reasonable prices and everything is great value when compared to how much we pay for things in England.

Mumbai is a vibrant and bustling city, at times claustrophobic and not for the faint hearted. However, it is well a worth a visit and a unique experience. Fort in particular is a lovely area. It's easy to get by on the metro, with a new line being added that goes from the airport to the centre. Otherwise, uber is your best bet for an affordable taxi. The city is very loud and busy and there is not really a quieter area. But this is all part of the charm! We liked eating at anna idli and 100% veg thali restaurants. We also went to aram for a vada pav - must try in Mumbai!

Great hospitality! The hotel staff provide an excellent service, I have stayed in multiple hotels in Mumbai before, also in 5 starts, I received the best service at Hotel Naaz. Considering the hotel category/price I can highly recommend the hotel. The AC was silent, the rooms very clean. It is close to the airport, unfortunately also for Mumbai standards in a rather dirty neighbourhood. There is a terrace, ideal for smokers. Alcohol is not allowed to take to the room.
