The hotel was fabulous! The two rooms I stayed in were beautifully appointed and designed. Bathrooms were well styled also. The pool area was not huge but nicely set out. The gym, although small, was fitted out with enough equipment for a simple and effective workout. The restaurant and bar area was nice - the food was excellent. The highlight really was the quality and friendliness of the staff - they were wonderful and made my stay so, so comfortable. The complimentary car service to the beach and restaurants in town was super helpful!

I absolutely loved the hotel, primarily because the brand name equals quality and the highest level of service. This is important because the brand delivers on its promises: high level of service = Hyatt place Goa hotel. Clean and modern rooms = Hyatt place Goa hotel Wonderful breakfast = Hyatt place Goa hotel Guest-focused staff = Hyatt place Goa hotel . Strong management is evident throughout. I regret that I didn't stay longer at the Hyatt hotel and instead moved to a neighboring hotel with a famous name, where I didn't receive the same level of service. I will definitely return here.

What a fantastic hotel. Greatly exceeded our expectations. We struggled to choose accommodation in Goa - there are lots of options at varying price points. We are SO glad we chose the Holiday Inn. The rooms are just excellent, comparable with a 5 star hotel in a capital city. We were upgraded to a pool view room. The beds are comfortable, bathrooms big and the rooms are very quiet. The breakfast is extensive and delicious. The pool area is lovely. The gym is well appointed and air conditioned. The location is good - beaches & tourist sites in walking distance, and some lovely restaurants very close by. To top it off, every single staff member is exceptional. So helpful and kind, always a big smile! The staff helped us arrange some activities and were always available. When you consider the price point as well… great value for money. Strongly recommend!!!

Candolim is a nice place with good options with restaurants...

Candolim is a nice place with good options with restaurants n cafe. One bad experience was the parking people were too rude as they do not take online payment and if u dont have handy cash they will treat rudely. Rest the shacks the beach is good. Shopping options are there. PLease check reaturants menu before entering some famous places like tomotoes are a bit over priced. Also while shopping on beach lanes check places and options like all in Rs 50 or 100. it will save your money. Please carry chnage cash particulary for parking. Rest all was good.

Buzzing place for party goers. amazing shacks offering good food and live music. My favourite was Fisherman's Cove. Pretty close to the party circle like Baga and other beaches. Very close to Tito's lane the most happening sport approx 3-4 kms away. Best way to commute would be to take a bike. But beware if you are drinking and driving. No tuk tuks etc. The city thrives only on Taxis which are pretty costly. you can shop amazing dresses, party wears in the 10x10 shops across the road. Please do buy coasters and hot plates without fail.

Great area to stay .

Great area to stay . There are some lovely restaurants like fisherman cove , tomatoes which have excellent food and some great music over the weekend over the weekend. The beaches nice and some of the beach shacks are great to sit and spend an evening.

Everything is great. Right from security, reception staff, room service to the owners themselves are there to serve you with smile. Rooms are big and spacious & kind of sound proof. The place is very nicely maintained and good value for money. Food is good - we had Goan, North Indian and Chinese and enjoyed all. Location is amazing as beach is 7 minutes walk and multiple shops & restaurants near the hotel.

The staff were the most authentic and friendly people I have ever met at any hotel. Had a lot of amazing conversations with them. The location and the shuttle service to the Candolim beach was very convenient for us. The hotel also helped us in booking the commute for our trips to nearby places in Goa which eased a lot of our planning headache.
