The hotel may not be the newest and most modern but it has a class and an ‘air’ of old style hotels with the protocols and aristocratic status.the staff was wonderful and exceptionally friendly.the pool area was an oasis with the yellow sun beds and umbrellas.free organic teas in the room.club rooms offer separate area for evening snacks and cocktails.club rooms include also complimentary mini bar and 4 pieces of laundry per day.the laundry is return in special basket and folded clothes in cartons!free transfer shuttle to airport with hotels own car.finally but most important we had a late flight and a late checkout at 7:30pm was offered to us!

The room was immaculate, and every detail was taken care of with the utmost precision. The attention to cleanliness made us feel comfortable and at ease throughout our stay. The room service was not only prompt but also exceptionally helpful. Whether it was an extra bottle of water or a drying rack, they were always at my beck and call, ensuring that our needs were met promptly and with a smile. Their dedication to guest satisfaction was truly commendable. One of the standout features of this hotel was the gym and fitness facilities. The gym trainer on staff Prem was not only knowledgeable but also incredibly motivating. He tailored a workout plan to suit my needs, and his guidance helped me maintain my fitness routine during my stay. It's rare to find such a dedicated fitness professional at a hotel, and it greatly enhanced my experience. But what truly set the Taj Wellington Mews apart was the exceptional level of service provided by the staff. One particular staff member Abin, went above and beyond to prepare a comprehensive list of attraction sights in Mahabalipuram.
