Everything was fabulous in Wordsworth Lodge. The peaceful location in a quiet and beautiful countryside. Our room was spacious and confortable. The restaurant was very nice. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful.

We recently stayed at Hotel Saraswati with our 6-month-old baby, and the experience was exceptional. The owners and staff went far beyond what we expected to make our stay comfortable. Our baby caught a cold in the Abu winter, and they checked on us regularly, asking if we needed anything and offering help at every step. They even assisted us after midnight when we needed support - something we’ll never forget. The rooms themselves are simple, elegant and not five-star luxury but much better than 3 stars hotel, but the genuine care, warmth, and incredible service more than make up for it. The hospitality here is heartfelt and personal, and it truly sets this hotel apart. If you value kindness, attentiveness, and people who truly care about their guests, Hotel Saraswati is the best choice in town.

The staff where polite, helpful and extremely accomodating. We arrived at 6:30am via overnight train, madam at reception noticed the kids were exhausted and immediately offered a spare room whilst our room was yet to be vacated and cleaned. This made all the difference to us as the kids got some needed sleep, the staff continued to be helpful throughput our stay. Room and bathroom was cleen, bathroom had bath and a shower, room has kettle, lcd TV and a mini fridge. Had full body massage for 4 which was great, they also have swimming pool in basement. I would recommend the hotel.
