The hotel ambience is very good, clean facilities, centrally located, staff are polite and courteous, breakfast varieties are excellent and good value for money, requested for late check-out and got it approved that was a big help as we travelled to Shirdi in the morning and in the afternoon had to leave for Pune Airport - it was helpful for late check-out.
