The people running the hotel were very kind. The room was nice and big, and they provide free snacks (!). The internet was fantastic, and the bed very comfortable. Room was cleaned very well every day, and breakfast was outstanding with a delicious buffet including fruits, cereals, bread, idli, paratha, cakes, bao buns, juices, lassi and so much more. Even peanut buffer and pancakes! The hotel was very close to the entrance of the Dalai Lama temple. The personnel was extremely kind: when I shifted from Yewang Hotel (which they also own) to Norbu House, they moved my luggage to my room while I was away for the day. They were also very kind when I broke my elbow on a trek.

Amazing experience with Holiday Hill. with Booking.com it was a quick booking I have done at a budget price. Everything was the best in this property such as peaceful location, delicious food with good quantity with affordable price and comfortable Rooms with all facilities even we were not expecting. Room service was so quick. The service staff was friendly and honest. We have ordered extra food as we were expecting less quantity usually getting in most of the hotels, however room service staff suggested the quantity and helped us.

The welcome from the Managing Director himself was really nice. He gives the lead because all of his staff is friendly. I had to handle a few administrative procedures and they proved to be very helpful. You can ask them any support, they will do their utmost Rooms are clean, spacious and with a wonderful view. Location is just great
