A delightful experience staying at the Medley regency, the staff are the best, warm, welcoming and helpful. The rooms are beautiful , clean and spacious. I spent 9 days in the hotel, the staff is lovely, especially the manager and the little Boss, they were very attentive, given that I came from Guadeloupe and did not speak much English they were very attentive and very patient. All the problems that I presented to them, they found solutions. Personally I say bravo to them, I thank them infinitely for their dedication. I recommend this hotel. Besides in January I come back to spend a few to go back to Munnar.
