The location on Heritage Walk, the pedestrianised street leading to the Golden Temple, was incredible. Not only was it a short walk to the Golden Temple, Jallianwalla Bagh and the rest of the Old City, but with a room facing the front of the hotel, we could spend a few minutes watching the amazing parade of pilgrims headed to and from the Temple. We were close to good food and shopping as well, and spots for picking up autorickshaws. The hotel was new, clean and very high standard, with a price we thought was excellent for such quality and location. And it is easy to tell an autorickshaw where you are going - it has MacDonalds in the ground floor! No noise or any other problems with that, and though we rarely if ever visit MacDonalds, it was actually quite fascinating (try the masala Coke!)

The complete stay in all. The place, the services, the cleanliness, and the food were all excellent. It was very in the heart of the city, neither too crowded nor too isolated. Everything was great. This is definitely a 4star level property. Rooms were beyond expectations in the price they are offered. Comfy beds, clean lenins, beautiful architecture, unique lightning, accommodated anything and everything I requested for, were more than polite, bang on for customer service also, breakfast was fine, I requested for room change thrice once due to AC issue but twice due to my requests and they didn’t even hesitated once to do so, got early checkin without even requesting once, even when they knew they will have to change this room after 2hrs, helped in every guidance I asked for. I stayed for 3 nights and could have easily extended at the same property if required. I will definitely stay with them next time also and would love to recommend to others also.. property is exactly like shown in pics PS: I rarely write reviews, but property deserves to be praised. End to end experience was at par for the price paid. I am adaptive to unavoidable situations hence I don’t compare it with 5 star properties.

Rooms were clean and maintained. Location is a plus point. Staff and the Owner are very friendly. Owner helped me in guiding about all the near by places for shopping, exploring and about authentic food culture of Amritsar. and I also don't found any language issue at the place.
