Room was exactly as pictured and described on Booking. Hotel is in a nice quiet area, with great views of the mountains. Bed was comfortable and there was plenty of hot water. Staff were very helpful, giving us recommendations of where to eat within walking distance and arranging an auto to take us to the train station for 04.30 in the morning to try to get a ticket for the train to Ooty.

I was impressed by the efficient check-in/check-out process of the hotel. They allowed us to check in early, at about 10 am. Their customer service is also commendable. There is not dislike about the property

Everything and everyone was beyond exemplary . Kannan and Jitesh out of the world...we had booked a car for a dinner at a friend's place at the army staff quarters...the car was to arrive at 20.15. When it didn't, we were worried that we would be late. Kannan just did not hesitate and asked Jitesh to drop us 4 kms away in dense fog....amazing service to say the least
