A very well ran, brand new hotel. The most accommodating and professional staff. Excellent food and that's coming from a chef! It's the most comfortable(western style mattress) I've slept in in India and the most powerful rain shower! I booked a room for my parents who were traveling to Kottayam for a medical visit. The manager, Mr. Vivek, was incredibly helpful from the moment I made the booking. He arranged food for my parents, even after a delay in their arrival due to traffic, and personally received them at the bus stop late in the evening. His hospitality and attentiveness went above and beyond, making the stay stress-free for my parents. Highly recommend
