A quiet place, well maintained, clean enough and with great staff! I was very worried when I realised that the hotel is a vegetarian one but I was impressed how tasty their food was despite was vegetarian. Everything! Beautiful peaceful location, comfortable clean room, great food and a really nice clean pool. I think the highlight was probably the manager, he was so courteous and very helpful, we were treated like extremely important guests and it was lovely.

The Island House is one of the most beautiful places I have ever stayed. The staff were so friendly and attentive. I loved the swimming pool, the garden and the terraces. There was always somewhere to sit, sip tea and relax in the most beautiful surroundings. The breakfasts were simply cooked and delicious.

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, especially Jelly, a special thanks to her. Loved the swimming pool as it was very hot and nice to be able to cool down. The lift is convenient to get to the upoer floors. The room had a nice size and the balcony afforded good views. The onsite restaurant is great. It is an easy and close walk to the nearest liquor shop, supermarket and other restaurants. This is a lovely hotel with good value for money and if we ever come back to Porvorim again we will definitely stay here.
