The host is very helpful. Anything you can ask him. He helped me to arrange transportation. There is an elevator, so don't worry about carrying things. You can get all things at a walkable distance. Bus station to here 15 minutes only!

Apart from the hotel stay, my overall experience in Tirupati was also very disappointing. Everything seems to revolve around money, and most people we interacted with were not supportive or helpful.
There is no proper guidance or information available for visitors, and it was very difficult to get correct details about timings, routes, or temple procedures.
Overall, it was a frustrating experience, and I would not recommend visiting Tirupati unless the management and local authorities take serious steps to improve visitor support, cleanliness, and transparency.

My stay at this brand new 2BHK Hill View Apartment was exceptional. The apartment is spacious, beautifully designed, and offers a luxurious experience with a breathtaking hill view. It’s very clean, well-furnished, and equipped with all modern amenities for a comfortable stay. The location is perfect — close to the railway station and bus stand, making travel extremely convenient. The host was polite, responsive, and ensured a smooth check-in process. I truly enjoyed my stay and would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Tirupati.

1. Best case - book early and come with a booking
2. Come with an infant (you get priority darshan)
3. If a day before - you can get a token from TTD 1 day before for next day (can be morning / evening) but requires long duration queue on both days
4. Otherwise you can donate a specific amount to the Srivani trust and they will allow the darshan

I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction with the recent experience regarding a hotel reservation made via Booking.com.
We specifically selected the “Pay at the property” option during the booking process, as we were en route to the destination. Upon receiving the confirmation email, we were unexpectedly contacted again, being asked to make immediate payment in order to secure the booking — a condition that was never stated during the initial reservation.
While traveling, we promptly contacted the hotel to explain our situation and requested that the booking be held until our arrival, where payment would be made as per the original terms. Despite this clear communication, the reservation was cancelled without our consent or any prior notice.
This irresponsible handling — particularly with no notification of the cancellation — left our family stranded and caused considerable inconvenience. Such treatment is completely unacceptable, unprofessional, and reflects a serious lack of coordination and respect for customer agreements.
We expect a formal explanation from both Booking.com and the hotel involved, along with assurances that corrective actions will be taken to prevent this from happening to other customers in the future.

The house is really big and spacious, which was perfect for our group. The location is spot on—close to everything we needed. The host was very kind and helpful throughout. Kitchen was well equipped too. Would definitely recommend.

Nice pilgrimage centre for three days leisure stay.One halday in Tirumala and two days in Tirupati. Places to see are Kapileswar Temple close to the hotel; Padmavathi Thaayar Temple at Tiruchanur; Vagulaabarana Temple; Agastheeswarar Temple; Kalyana Srinivasa Perumal(ASI heritage site); Govindaraja Perumal Temple.
There is a Zoological Park, Go Shalas as well. Well connected by Air, Rail and Road.
