Amazing location. The hotel is lovely. Our rooms were big and so were the bathrooms. It’s a lovely boutique hotel right in the heart of the old city. I highly recommend the restaurant and bar in their other hotel next door!

My stay at Little Peepal has been the highlight of my trip - Parvat is an amazing host and very genuine. I would highly recommend the tours he offers. The short walking tour to see real side of Udaipur is a unique experience, and so too is village tour, where you can see the nature and life outside of the city.

The view is incredible and there are two different floors to eat food and have a drink. The staff are incredibly helpful; we needed assistance booking tickets for the next leg of our journey and they completely saved us. Very sweet and kind and helpful people. The location is perfect it is quiet but still very close and scenic walk to all the main places you will want to go.

The people who run this place are fantastic. It has just come into new ownership and each room is being beautifully painted by hand by local artists. Don't be surprised if in the evening you end up celebrating with local people after a cricket match. It isn't luxury but it is outstanding value for money and genuine.

The entire staff is exceptional with also special thanks to Nitesh. Everyone is so friendly & ensuring our stay is excellent. The room I stayed in was very comfortable, with nice appointments & details. Also it was very large with gorgeous bathroom. Really an absolutely beautiful lake view. The food from the rooftop restaurant is also very good. I highly recommend this boutique hotel. Excellent!!

We had a very pleasant stay, very comfy and clean beds, design of the room is so nice, has warm water , very good location and has so much to do around. Walking distance to many attractions. Very good breakfast. The host and the staff are exceptional. Akshay was very helpful and hospitable, he was always there when we needed something.

Raj Niwas has the perfect location, next to the City Palace. One of the highlights is the welcoming and super friendly Jassu who makes us feel just like we’re at home. Always available for everything and helpful with all our requests. The room was spacious and super clean. Breakfast was served on the rooftop with a beautiful view to the lake. One of the best stays in India. Totally recommend it. 10/10.
