Location feels very remote with impressive views of the mountains and a short walk to the beach. Staff were fantastic. Michael was our waiter for dinner twice and he was so nice and helpful! The food was 5*. The bar area is cosy. The sauna is extraordinary.

Breakfast was everything that u needed: eggs, cheese, some meat cuts, some traditional fish, skyr and musli. Coffee machine available 24/7, self check in and out which was very convenient, location is amazing, the view breathtaking, was an exceptional experience sleeping next to a field of goats, the sounds of nature was refreshing

We love this questhouse so much. The owner let us check in early which is nice because we been dying to cook hot food. Only a few minutes walk to Skogafoss, yes really. The house have a wonderfull kitchen with cooking appliances and a farm view. In the morning you can go out and watch the sunrise from the kitchen. The bed is comfy and heater works well. Highly recommended to anyone even a family with kids.

The apartment is a gem. It's right next to the Skogafoss and you can plan the hikes around the waterfall while staying here. It had all kitchen utensils we needed to fry, heat food from the market. We were also able to see northern lights during our stay. The host gave clear instructions for self check-in

Everything is perfect. clean tidy Room. Unlimited beverages ( coffee tea milk chaocolate) really amazing breakfast.
