We had a feeling when arrived to villa that we will enjoy our stay at this place… and so we did. Warm welcome, hospitality, safety, cleanness, etc. Very peaceful atmosphere and close to all main attractions (by car).

It's a bit remote from Volterra, so you can not really go there by foot as we thought:-) However, the location is still nice with great and very helpful personnel. We enjoyed it a lot, thank you for welcoming us!

Everything you see in the photos is absolutely true, but the photos can't capture the warm welcome, the atmosphere, and every little detail that Kristina and her family had thoughtfully prepared. We were late for check-in, and in small towns, shops close quite early. Kristina offered to do some grocery shopping for us for dinner and that was very kind of her. As a kind gesture, there were croissants and sweets on the table, along with milk, honey, homemade eggs, and jam. The bathrooms are stocked like in a 5-star hotel, and the toiletries are of high quality. The accommodation offers two bedrooms with two bathrooms and everything is sparkling clean. We spent the evening in the gazebo in the yard and enjoyed our coffee in the herbal relaxation area. If you’re looking for peace and quiet, this home — arranged with taste and attention to every guest - is the perfect choice, and I highly recommend it. I would give a much higher rating if I could.

The place is just beautiful, crazy view from the place, incredibly taken care in every detail. Clean, new, stylish and with everything you need. When people use taste and heart nothing can go wrong. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The dining area was very nice. The location was very good with amazing scenery and views in all directions. We stayed four nights, so the price included a pizza and a pasta party. They have such a nice home made products as well. Very good price-value ratio.

Fantastic apartment right at the gates of old town. A really well equipped property, literally everything you could need. Some lovely and kind extra touches left by the owners. Volterra is a beautiful town too.
