The hotel was really nice, I had an issue with the room I originally received and they changed it immediately. I recommend getting the deluxe room as it is far better. The breakfast was okay, but I prefered the dinner I got there one evening. Wifi was excellent. The location is elegant and quiet, very good for people having meetings in the EUR district, not necessarely the best for turist-only purposes. Overall I really enjoyed the stay, the room and the view from the large terase.

Novotel was the best experience, federico the front desk manager was an angel to us. I booked wrong dates and he accomodated me allowed me free cancelation and was fast as lightening. My 2 daughters loved the bar and friendly staff here. There will be no other place in rome i will stay. Also got free parking for 4 days i stayed here. The room was perfectly cleaned. It was just magical

The dining room staff members, Jessica, Eka and most especially Tresha were just so dedicated, professional and friendly throughout our stay. The chamber lady was very polite and supportive. The two young men at the reception on Monday 12/02/24 were just very nice and professional guys.

The staff are very friendly. Our room was big, comfortable bed and pillows. Restaurant food was very nice, reasonable price for food and drinks. Breakfast was a huge variety. Staff work very hard when it was busy. We felt really looked after. We didn't want to leave!

    Bus stop is next to the hotel. Plenty of parking place and safe. Don't be underwhelmed by the appearance from the street, the entrance is at the back side.
