The apartment was beautifully decorated, very well equipped and spotlessly clean. Claudia and Danilo welcomed us, opened the gate so we could park our car, and familiarised us with the apartment. It was great to have a washing machine to catch up some washing. The apartment is a bit of a walk into Lecco but close to very nice restaurants on the river. Would highly recommend for a comfortable stay in Lecco.

First thing that needs to be listed is an amazing host, who provided us with great recommendations and took care about our stay all the time. We were amazed by her hospitality. The place itself is located few steps from the lake. It was perfectly clean, well equipped - everything we needed was already there. Perfect for a pair. Casa Lisander is a nice place to stay in Lecco, I highly recommend it. If ever back again there I will definitely stay in this object.

Lecco is in the south part of Lake Como, but from almost all the cities that we look around the Lake, apart from Bellagio, Lecco is the most picturesque because the mountains chain in the Background. Is simply breathtaking. The city itself has nice restaurants, stores and the walk around the lake is fantastic. Is served from a Train station the reaches Milan and the airports in few times, make it easy to depart and come from overseas. The ferry boats have a fantastic service, and people are nice and helpful. Loved Lecco!!!

A beautiful town on the shores of Lake Como. Plenty to do and the town has excellent amenities. The promenade along the side of the lake is fantastic but the old town a few streets in is also great to wander around.

Lecco in my opinion, is a nice cheaper alternative to visit...

Lecco in my opinion, is a nice cheaper alternative to visit lake Como, with just enough things to not get bored. The center of it is nice, although if you go a bit more to the outskirts its industrial and not so nice/welcoming. A must is to take the cable car to the mountain and hike and take a boat trip to somewhere like Mandello del Lario.

I've seen many villages around Como Lake and still find Lecco great - conveniently located, with everything you need. There are lots of lovely trailing tracks around, possibility to get in 30 minutes with a local bus to ski slopes. And there was the carnival going on!

We arrived in the city during the Christmas market.

We arrived in the city during the Christmas market. We loved the romantic atmosphere around the harbour with the sun setting and the historic city centre with its beautiful Christmas decorations and great selection of romantic restaurants. Amazing Italian breakfast with coffee and brioche standing up.

I watched videos of what to do in Lecco prior to my visit.

I watched videos of what to do in Lecco prior to my visit. They really helped me to see and do interesting things. The place I selected to stay was right in the historic section which made that part easy, to see the historic part. That is also near the beautiful walkway along the lake. The trees give you shade and the walkway goes on and on. My partner attended a conference at the Polytechnic so he wasn't free to do things. It made no difference. I felt safe in Lecco and I want to return for another visit.

Lovely cosy flat in a lovely cosy town! The hostess responded to all our messages and requests, our stay was comfortable and relaxing. The train station is not far away, from where you can go to Varenna and from there start exploring Lake Como. But also the town of Lecco itself is Incredibly beautiful, you will not regret staying here. After the crazy days in Varenna and Bellagio it was nice to come back to our quiet town, grab a Pizza from the next window from our house, and head home to rest.

Amazing stay! Roberto was the best host- super responsive, ready to support all the time. Apartment was comfortable with all the things you need- micro, washing machine, air condition, fast wi fi and much more. Super clean and fresh. Not so far from apartment: bakery, supermarket. Highly recommended place for visit Lecco.

Positioned only a few minutes walk away from the train center and from the center of Lecco, this is a cute b&b boasting every facility you can think of. The hostess was super nice and really went out of her way to make sure we get the best service possible.

Lecco city itself is very small so the hotel is located in very city Centre, near to the train station, so you can easily access everything by foot. The staff was very polite and they let us to leave our luggage after checking out while we were sightseeing.
