The accommodation itself is delightful, very tastefully decorated and super comfortable, it really is excellent value for money and the host Patrizia is extremely helpful.

Everything was great about this stay. The communication was very smooth with the very kind and helpful host. The cleaning was done very professionally which is the top priority for me. The secure and easy access to the room was very satisfactory. Located just by the entrance of the old town which was the best to avoid the fuss but still close enough to reach with a few steps whenever needed. The bed was super comfortable and I rested very well during the nights. Absolutely recommended!

This is the perfect base to explore surrounding towns and villages - Locorontondo, Alberobello and Cistrenino are just a short drive away, while Bari, Monopoli and Matera are very easy to drive to. Martina Franca itself is also very pretty, with a beautiful centro storico, and a great choice of restaurants. Make time to explore it!

We loved our stay at Balcone in Martina Franca. Our hosts were the best and were so generous and kind and even surprised us with breakfast deliveries each morning "Cornetti Time" at 8:15AM :). The apartment was very spacious, impeccably maintained and so nicely appointed. Its location was perfect for exploring the historical district, with many wonderful restaurants to try nearby. Day trips to Alberobello, Locorotondo, Cisternino and Ostuni were easy drives from M. Franca and it was always nice to come back to our beautiful place after a full day. Parking was easy. Angelo said there would always be a place nearby and we found that to be true. Thanks Angelo and Mary for sharing your beautiful property with us. We highly recommend it! Karen and Nino

Everyone can find information online about the old town,...

Everyone can find information online about the old town, churches, and piazzas. I just want to add that there is a major olive oil production facility near there and we choose to visit Puglia around this time of the year for this reason. You would not be disappointed. There are several salumi factories around there worth to visit. We visited a well know salumi factory and tasted their products. Our Trulli host had arranged all the tours for us.

Loved Martina Franca - beautiful central Piazza and many lovely views through narrow streets. Several good restaurants and gelataria. Parking near the historical centre can be a challenge on a busy evening. Recommend the parking app; 'Easy Park' - useful in all the Puglian cities and towns.

Martina franca is a beautiful town good location to use as a base to visit other local villages There is so much to see and do around the area especially trulli village of arberello which is spectacular and lovely locorondo and cisterino There are plenty of restaurants and cafes and shops and not too expensive Puglia is absolutely stunning and definitely worth a place on holiday maker's list There is a local bus service and train but we took taxi as it was very reasonable prices and their transport wasn't very reliable

We spent 6 weeks touring Italy, staying in a trulli was a surprise for my wife who was so excited about seeing the trulli houses in Alberobello. We stayed in a total of 19 hotels, B&B's and agriturismo's and every one carefully selected through Booking.com to meet our needs, 18 were perfect. Trulli Da rosy was selected because of the facilities shown in the photos, description and our need for self catering, it had a kitchen, on a 6 week tour, you have to have some self catering. However it failed miserably.

This place is really gorgeous! Everything was perfect. Very clean, cosy and comfortable apt. Well equipped. Great location in the heart of centro storico. We did not have problems with parking the car- you can find free spots about 5min from the house. The owner is super friendly and helpful. We highly recommend this apartament. One of the best in Puglia!

The apartment is very beautiful and spacious, it was even better than we’d expected. The host Luigi is incredibly kind and helpful. We would definitely recommend staying here! Also because Martina Franca is a very nice town and it’s easy to get to Alberobello and Locorotondo from there.

Rooms were very clean. The place is on the outskirts of Martina Franca, in a beautiful, rural setting. Breakfast was nice, with a lot of local produce. Antonella was a super helpful host! We were looking for a place like this in Puglia and it met all of our expectations. Thank you!
