The staff were incredibly friendly, they went out of their way to make us feel welcome. The breakfast was just superb, with freshly baked cakes, fresh fruit and a selection of bread and brioche and home made jams. The hotel just oozes atmosphere because it used to be a wine estate. Signs of this era are visible everywhere. We stayed just one night and booked a basic room, but it was very spacious and the bed was very comfortable.

The house is relatively new and offers a high level of comfort, set in large grounds, very peaceful and with a view of the sea. In the evening, we could hear the sound of the waves. The terrace offers a magnificent view towards Syracuse, Noto and the sea. An ideal place to relax. Absolutely super helpful and super funny hosts! B&B was walking distance to Marzamemi and super close to San Lorenzo Beach. They treated us like family, I highly recommend staying here, a true Sicilian experience! Clean and comfortable and breakfast was outstanding!

Everything! The place was GREAT. The owner was very kind. The room was nice, the bathroom was super nice, clean, and quite spacious. We were especially impressed with the balcony and we could easily imagine spending a week there during the summer. Also, the breakfast was amazing, with so many delicious choices! Downstairs they also have a "mini-bar" with a lot of choices and you can get a lot of different drinks anytime you want. We really loved their system for the mini-bar.

Ideal location, very friendly hosts and great breakfast. We loved the love for food. They know their products very well and serve high quality food for the breakfast. Their home made jams where something. Home made cookies also very well put together. Perfect combinations. If you wanted something else for breakfast it was also possible, but for us the buffet was already more then we needed. Also the place is Very kids friendly. At last, the room was way bigger than we expected and seeing the flamingo s from our balcony was super. Our kids loved it. Thank you!

We loved everything about this gorgeous guesthouse, located right in the centre of Marzamemi. We stayed in room 1 with the terrace. Spotlessly clean, very comfortable bed and a very tasty breakfast laid out every morning. Francesca and Corrado are the loveliest people. We really appreciated all the tips and recommendations. We went just out of season, so it wasn't too busy, but the size of the car park told us that this place gets extremely busy in high season. It is quite a small seaside town so I would imagine it is very crowded very quickly! There are lots of places to eat, but I would advise using trip advisor to select somewhere not too over priced.

A lovely little holiday resort with lots of restaurants at reasonable prices. We were delayed but still managed to get a takeaway pizza at nearly 1am. Cyclops cafe/bar is excellent for breakfast pastries and coffee. The ice-cream parlour is a must at any time. You need a car to get around as we never saw a bus and there are no large supermarkets or bakers. So many lovely beaches nearby, our favourite was Lido Marghello where the sand is soft going into the sea and no rocks or seaweed. San Lorenzo is a nice beach too but the fancy cafe serves lukewarm coffee.

The picturesque fishing village of Marzmemi is surely worth a visit. There are many restaurants in the square and along the quay. We visited both during the day and in the evening and the atmosphere was lovely. Food was good and fish was fresh.

Marzamemi is a small but charming medieval town on the Ionian coast. It's a Unesco-listed town, and rightly so: 500-year-old houses flank a picturesque square full of life, delicious food and fine wine. The surrounding beaches attract both active swimmers and families with children to swim and relax. A beautiful pearl on the southern coast of Sicily - well worth a visit!

Having no knowledge of this place at all before arrival, initially it seemed a bit of a dump (we arrived from the north and couldn't find the way initially). Once we figured out you had to park in the residential area and walk to the village itself, we liked it a lot more! Many interesting shops (Campisi and Adelfio, for tuna, pistacchio, anchovy and tomato products) and lovely little restaurants and eating places near the fishing port. It was busy for a Saturday night in late October, but I dread to think how mobbed it gets in July - August, when I see the huge fields used for parking! I'd say avoid high season, apparently you can't get into restaurants and have to fight your way along the main street.

Marzamemi is a pretty little town, especially around the harbour and town square. It appears to hold several cultural events. A Book Festival was being held at the time of our visit, with specific activities for children. And, there were posters about a Film Festival that had been held in September. However a good understanding of Italian would be required to attend these events. The bars and restaurants are mainly around the harbour and in the town square. They offered a variety of meals, mainly seafood as Marzamemi is/was a fishing village. The prices were all very similar, €15 - €20 for a main course, as was the quality. The harbour offers the best photo opportunities especially at sunset. Marzamemi is close to a coastal park area, you will need transport as I did not see any local buses, which gives you the opportunity to watch a variety of bird species including flamingos! There are ancient ruins and an abundance of wild plants. A fascinating area. As this area is very open I recommend you wear a hat. Also, there are a couple of shaded spots with cafe/bistro and seats.

The house and location are great. Very close to the beach and a short walk to the town center of Marzamemi. The house has everything that you need and the kitchen is well equipped. We stayed there with 3 adults and 2 kids, so we made use of all three bedrooms. We stayed in February, so the house was a bit cold, definitely would recommend to bring some slippers. However we could use the air condition to heat it up and then it was very cosy and comfortable. We had a rental car and made good use of it to visit all interesting places around.

Beautiful spacious clean room in an ideal location right in the centre of Marzamemi. Minutes away from the restaurants and beautiful square and beaches. The room is really quiet at night considering it is so close to the centre. Lovely breakfast with lots of choice of fresh fruit, cheeses, meats and homemade cakes. Francesca is very welcoming and helpful with local information of places to visit. We had a wonderful holiday.

Apartament located in beautiful city Marzamemi, near clean beach (by foot 10 minutes). Pool was cleaned the same day we arrived. Apartament was clean, big and it was well equiped. In bedroom there is a sensor which was turning green with every our move, but we covered it and it was not a problem.

Beautiful compact apartment with several great outdoor areas (upstairs Sun terrace with views; pool; outdoor terrace for apartment). Really convenient location - 15 minute walk to Marzamemi for food but also close to nice beaches and about 30 minutes walk to San Lorenzo.

Very beautiful property with a true Sicilian rustic vibe. The pool is enormous and the breakfast excellent. The owner Signora Anna was very pleasant and helpful throughout the stay. The restaurant is also highly recommended.
