We were on a roadtrip and found last minute this beautiful hotel. It's calm, the pool is overviewing the Tuscan fields & Estefania & partner were great hosts! This is the perfect place to relax. The houses are really spacious and clean, I regret only staying a short time here.

We had a wonderful stay, thanks to the friendly, warm welcome from Elena, the lovely light and airy, tastefully furnished room and Elena's delicious breakfasts. The location is perfect too, just round down the road from the main piazza. We can't wait to go back there!

We had a wonderful stay! The accommodation is beautiful, peaceful, and spotlessly clean — equipped with everything you need for a perfect relaxing holiday. The hosts were very friendly and welcoming. This was truly one of our best vacations ever. Our 7-year-old daughter especially loved spending time with the animals. We fully enjoyed every moment of our stay and would highly recommend this place to everyone!

We had a fantastic stay at this apartment in Massa Marittima. The view from the windows and terrace was absolutely stunning — a perfect place to enjoy a morning coffee. The location couldn’t be better: just a short walk to the beautiful historic center, yet peaceful and quiet. The apartment itself was spotlessly clean and fully equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. From kitchen utensils to fresh linens, everything was thoughtfully provided.

Great hilltop location with lovely views of the lake and rolling Tuscan hills. Marco was an excellent host, making sure we were all set for breakfast each morning, and sorting out a new gas canister for the stove within half an hour of us running out. The cool tub and bbq have been well used this last week!

    A typical walkable Italian town -- tall buildings, narrow streets, impressive churches, delightful shopping, many many ristorantes, an archeological museum with historical civilization artifacts dating 3500 BC. I selected a grilled shrimp dinner that was a bit surprising with the whole 7-8" shrimps (head and all). Of course, enjoyed the gelato.

    Great place to use as base to cover areas like Pisa, Grosetto, Beaches in Follonica and the Laguna of Orbetello. Massa Marritima itself is a nice hillock town with some interesting sight seeing and hikes that can be done,

    Absolutely love this place! The ‘nature & relax’ slogan sums it up perfectly. The views are breathtaking, the pool and hotel grounds are calm and rustic, and there’s plenty of delicious options for breakfast. The rooms are nice and modern and feel luxurious. If this hotel was in a city centre or close to a super touristy destination, it wouldn’t be affordable for us, so the value for money is great; it’s a gorgeous hidden Tuscan gem.

    The property is very well kept, the garden is so lush and with the lookouts towards the hills offers great views. It is close to some very pretty small tuscan towns like Massa Marittima and 20 minutes from the seaside. It’s extremely clean, and the host is very helpful and available for all the needs and recommendations. We had a great stay! Highly recommended!

    The apartment is situated in an old villa close to the historic Centre of Massa Marittima. Ideal with kids who don’t want to walk a long time to grab dinner. The owners are super helpful and the apartment is well equipped (bathroom, kitchen, etc). Parking is also right in front and the house is surrounded by a little garden.
