We spent unforgettable days in Massa Marna in this stunning apartment, located in a beautifully renovated historic tower house in the heart of the city center. Every detail of the accommodation perfectly combines the atmosphere of the old times with modern comfort - clean, tastefully decorated and meeting all your needs. But what really made our stay here was the fantastic hospitality! Our hosts were extremely kind, attentive and helpful - we felt like we were welcomed as old friends. They also gave us lots of useful tips about the area, restaurants and attractions. If you are visiting this magical part of Italy, don't miss this place - a real gem and the best hosts we have ever met! ---

The property was clean and quiet, and had everything I needed. I was in the area for a wedding, and was travelling on my own without a car. The host was very kind and accommodating, and went out of her way to drive me to the wedding venue when I was unable to get there myself. I was extremely grateful for her kindness and patience with me, as I don't speak any Italian.

The owner is the sweetest person ever! She made sure we were always comfortable. It almost felt like we were part of family. If you're looking for a calm, relaxing area to stay while visiting Umbria, this is the place!! Breakfast was complete and good, plenty of water (so helpful in summer)

    Second stay at Casale Alessandri. This was for a few days prior to our son's wedding at Castello di Montignano. 8 of us had the Rustic menu on the day of arrival, then a family dinner off 18 with bride and groom the following night. Sat outside, tables set up lovely, great food wine and service. Louise and team work hard to provide an informal, comfortable service and Federico provides the food and narrative to complete a great experience. What's not to be enjoyed! Can't wait to stay again when next in the region.

    Whilst attending a wedding at Castello di Montignano, I enjoyed a perfect stay at B&B Rossopeperonico. It has great facilities with a traditional, homely feel. The pool is extremely relaxing and it was lovely to enjoy whilst the sun was out. Despite the fact I don’t speak Italian, Claudio & Daniela were really helpful and provided me with refreshing drinks & delicious home-cooked pasta. I had a delightful, relaxing break and I would highly recommend it.

    Excellent accommodation in a perfect location to Castello di Montignano where we attended a family wedding. Having air conditioning in every room was very welcomed since it was so hot! The garden was beautiful (we made full use of the hot tub!) and the guest basket of eggs, wine, olive oil, tomatoes and the additional milk I had asked them to provide was a nice touch. Would highly recommend.

    Well located on an incredible green, beautiful property with privacy, great facilities and welcoming staff. A beautiful dining area for lunch and dinners, and spa, padel, and various other amenities on site. Incredible building which has been beautifully renovated with spaces to relax, read, and enjoy the scenery and weather.

    Great house in beautifully landscaped setting. Outstanding views of Umbrian countryside across to Todi. Great pool and really enjoyed making use of the outdoor wood fired BBQ and Pizza Oven which added to the family experience. Easy access to many wonderful Umbrian villages.
