Lovely room with a balcony overlooking the mountains. Room and bathroom were very clean. Tasty breakfast. Staff did not speak English but were very friendly and made us feel welcome. Surrounding countryside is beautiful.

This is a very beautiful property and the location is incredibly beautiful with superb Mountain View’s. The staff are exceptional - there is nothing that they cannot arrange for their guests. Two members of the staff deserve special mention, Claudia and Sophie.

The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, making me feel at home from the moment I arrived. The staff's hospitality was outstanding – they were always friendly and attentive. The food was a highlight, with delicious breakfasts and dinners that exceeded my expectations. Every meal was fresh and flavorful. Outdoor hot-tub in the sub-zero outdoor temperature is a real treat. Nice touch to have a sauna by the exit too. The spa area as a whole has a very relaxing feel to it and I enjoyed some quiet time in the salt room. Small hotel allows for a personal feel. The rooms are large and everyone gets a balcony. Staff are mostly very helpful and go above and beyond, special shout-out to Cristian and Nicola for enhancing my time at the bar. Martina at front desk is real star too! Parking in the basement. Would definitely return!

Very stylish, comfortable, clean and in a superb location. The bed and pillows were very good and the food excellent. The aperitivo buffet was exceptionally good and terrific value. Finally, I don’t think I have been to a more charming spa. The outside sauna with its engravings and the copper pot of water with oranges spiked with cloves sitting over the hot rocks was such a fabulous idea I don’t know why I had never seen it before. We will be back !

I'm so glad I booked us into the Miramonte, it definitely passed the "friends and family test" with flying colours. The beds were comfy, the service was impecable all the way from pre-checkin to departure. The restaurant and bar deserve a special mention, the setting, lighting, delightful food and attentive staff created a wonderful experience for us all. We were made to feel special. The restaurant even opened early for breakfast just so that we could get away early to get past the temporary road works on the access road to Cogne. Thank you again.
