All members of staff were well-trained, very helpful, and ensured all guests were looked after. Guests were able to leave luggage in the Foyer after 10am checkout and use the facilities in the garden or nearby beach until ready to leave San Teodoro. The room was spotlessly clean, and the bed very comfortable. The self-service breakfast was amazing with lots of choice.

Baglioni Sardinia is the epitome of 5-star service - from the moment we stepped off the transfer, we were treated with grace, friendliness and care. The staff's attention to detail and willingness to ensure that our stay was nothing short of spectacular is unmatched - we have stayed at many luxury resorts, and the closest we have come to this type of personal attention was at Diamonds Mequfi Beach Resort in Mozambique. There are many instances of care and kindness we can recall - including the celebration of my birthday, the care with our dietary requirements, the set-up of room service when we ordered a meal, the prompt response to requests, the suggestions of places to visit and having meals at, helping us to track down the full set of biscuit tins for our collection and helping us stay comfortable, especially when I was feeling ill. We have noted below the particular staff who we have interacted with most and who have made our trip memorable. Still, we recognise that service of this standard results from many excellent staff members who take pride in their work and are never seen by the guests. We enjoyed everything about this place and hotel. Thanks for the wondeful staff,service,and assistance in everything. The hotel is really beautiful,the beach is nice, the pool is clean, and great breakfasts right on the beautiful beach. It is worth the money you pay

Lovely countryside farm with the Italian cozy and warm atmosphere you expect when traveling in Sardinia. Close to stunning turquoise-water beaches, this accommodation is ideal if you’re looking for a place to truly relax. We got a spacious bedroom with lots of privacy and lovely view over the farm. We have been there for 7 days for vacation. After coming to the hotel, the receptionist explained to us everything that we needed and more- they gave us recommendations for the trip, what we can do and where we can go. The hotel is located in a great place, and you can rent a boat (have to pay), paddle, kayak (for free) if you want to go visit some places by yourself. Also, you can stay on the beach or private pool where we have been still in quiet, and you can enjoy your holiday. Also, the food has been awesome. Breakfast was included and during the day you can buy Lunch on the pool (12-14:30) or take a small brunch till 18:30 and dinner from 20:00. We don't usually go back to the same place, but I think that we will go back soon. I really recommending this hotel.

Big spacious rooms. It was very clean and staff were friendly. Shuttle services to rooms and beach available making everything feel like a real vacation. The beach is lovely and easy accessible. Breakfast + Dinner buffet had a wide variety of delicious food, also Italian:) i.e. local & continental delicacies.
