Lovely apartment,.Great sun terrace with plenty of seating, Outdoor shower room with a washing machine if needed. Plenty of crockery. Comfortable clean beds. BQ if you wanted one with an Outdoor kitchen. Quite central area up the street from the beach. Parking on the street outside the door.

Very nice position in the Punta Secca village, were many scenes were filmed of the Montalbano tv series (his house and preferred restaurant are here). 3min walking distance from the beach and a nice selection of shops is available around, without ever becoming too noisy or crowded. The flat is very weeelll kept and the host was extremely kind and flexible in welcoming us.

The apartment was excellent and the facilities were also very good. Sure, there could have been a few more little things (a parasol, wine glasses or a larger chopping knife and a second chopping board). But it was super nice and clean, the air conditioning worked wonderfully and the terrace is a dream. Although there is no sea view, you only need 2! minutes to the beach and the water. There are supermarkets, a fruit and vegetable store, cafés and restaurants all around. It is not an overcrowded tourist area but a small, beautiful place. Marina Di Ragusa is only 7 minutes away by car. The size was very adequate for us and even for 4 people still fine. The whole apartment was very clean and bright, new and modern. Communication was also excellent, even if you don't speak the same language. We felt very comfortable and very welcome all round. We would love to come back :).

Our stay at Residence Romeo was perfect. The apartment is divine, very clean, tidy and with an incredible view. Marilena always made sure we had everything we needed and was very kind to us. She made sure we had all the information about the place and offered us transportation to get there from the bus station, which was a little far away. We would definitely stay in this apartment again. Thank you so much!

    Punta Secca was much quieter than we thought it would be.

    Punta Secca was much quieter than we thought it would be. There are plenty of restaurants and cafes but their opening hours seemed a bit odd occasionally. If you are self-catering, there appeared to be only one smallish supermarket - the larger one appeared to have shut down.

    Eat at Pappappero - lovely local specialties like swordfish rolls and caponata, and a pleasant surprise was the best pasta I've had in years in Italy or elsewhere (the one with Trapanese pesto). Wasn't such a fan of Rosengarten restaurant. The beach is beautiful, and it's worth going to have a peak at Montalbano's house. If you have a bike, cycle down to Marina di Ragusa for the day.
