The owners were responsive and helpful before arrival. When we arrived everything was perfect - the property is spotlessly clean all over, the room was spacious, well equipped with a wonderful view from the balcony. Breakfast was excellent. The family who runs the place is very helpful, generous and openhearted. When we arrived, Stefano offered us coffee and biscuits. We could store our bicycles inside. The breakfast was delicious with handmade jam, cakes and local products. His wife offered us a ride to the nearby outlet and back as I needed a rain jacket. We also had some very nice talks. The place is a bit outside from Artena, more in the nature and very beautiful and calm. It was perfect to relax, we even stayed 2 nights longer. The room is big and had everything we needed. We could even use the kitchen.
