I received an excellent treatment by all the members of the staff who remained consistently respectful and professional during my 17 days stay - answering questions always happy and with a smile regardless of the busy times and pressure of the season. Everything! Friendly and welcoming staff, beautiful location with a big parking, spacious rooms with an amazing view on the mountains. The beds were comfortable, the room was clean and the hotel has a lot of "cachet" - beautifully constructed. They have a restaurant where you can try local Trentino cuisine and tasty grappa! The food is excellent and has good value. The breakfast was huge and they also serve you freshly made orange juice and omelets. I can't think of another place I've been where I got such value for money.

We didn't expect a full-on hotel and it was a delightful surprise. The building is spacious and well maintained, the staff were all very nice, and the breakfast was especially lovely with an additional menu of food you can order for free (like fries eggs, or crepes). The laundry was also great.

The hotel has a charming traditional exterior and is located in a quiet yet central area of London, making it easy to explore the city. The check-in process was smooth and the front desk staff were friendly. I also appreciated the complimentary breakfast and the strong Wi-Fi connection.

Loved the location of the apartement! Spiazzo is a true, small Italian alp city, easily accessible. The apartment itself was so cute and was all done by the renter himself. It was well equipped, cleaned and maintained. No complaints!!!!
