Very comfy, convenient, well appointed room with a lovely view over the lake. The lady at reception was delightful and couldn’t have been anymore helpful. Great room, loved the layout. A very comfy bed with all the amenities that you’d need.

An apartment with a stunning view of the lake and a large terrace, perfect for relaxing. The interior is very well equipped. The area is full of restaurants and shops, and the beach is just a short walk away. Communication with the host was excellent – such a kind, helpful, and welcoming person. Our stay was truly wonderful, we highly recommend it!

The accuracy with which he created the right atmosphere, in order to make your stay at “la casa sul lago” unforgettable, is exceptional and rare to find. The view from the back garden will fill your eyes with beauty and nature that only Italy can offer! A private garage is also at disposal if you come by car. The location was great, Pietro met us when we arrived and showed us everything. He had also saved us a parking spot right next to the apartment. There is also a public parking lot not far from the apartment. There was a bit of a language barrier, as Pietro spoke Italian and we not so much, but we managed quite well. And messaging with Pietro was fast and easy, thanks to Google translate. The apartment was very clean and well equipped from kitchen to bathroom and bedrooms. We didn't try the laundry machine, but they had everything you need to wash your clothes, including detergent. The air conditioning worked well and the area was quiet and safe, lot of restaurants and the beaches nearby. We traveled with a 6 mo baby and there was a travel cot made ready for her, including her own towels.

Lovely Apartment with all the comforts! Great attention to detail. The owner is really kind and welcoming. The apartment is small with everything needed: a kitchenette, bathroom, one bedroom (with air conditioning & wall heating). The private garden and chairs are undercover, suitable for barbecues ... (washing machine also available). BONUS Free and Secure Parking. The only niggle was the entrance: close to a very busy road, so please be careful, as this is also the road to the lake/beach... no pathway could be dangerous. Highly Recommended.

    A hidden Gem, off the beaten track for most tourists from...

    A hidden Gem, off the beaten track for most tourists from outside Italy. Trevignano is less than an hour from Rome's international airport so it makes for a great spot to spend the last few days of an Italian adventure. The area has a vibrant, happy vibe about it as well as being surrounded by historical Roman ruins so relax or explore.

    We absolutely loved this town.

    We absolutely loved this town. It was our favorite one on Lake Bracciano. September weather was perfect to eat out at the many restaurants (all good). The old historic district was absolutely amazing and the old piazza has a great cafe and Osteria next door. Food everywhere was amazing. People for most part were very friendly. Just smile and tell them how much you love Trevignano……which is easy to do. We WILL be back. God willing!

    The lake is beautiful and the promenade along the lake is a great place to stroll. It’s dog friendly, and good for exercising or just stopping at a cafe or sit at the beach. In the summer it must be great to rent a boat or swim here but in the winter time it’s just a great place to relax and enjoy village life

    The property is a Bed and Breakfast in a wonderful location overlooking Lake Bracciano. Carla is a very welcoming host and her breakfast was delicious. The room is comfortable and tastefully decorated and the pool was so inviting. It’s only a short drive to the town of Trevignano Romano with wonderful restaurants. Also Bracciano is only a short drive with its amazing castle and fabulous restaurants including a Tapas Bar built into the walls of the castle.

    The property is airy clean and tidy, with all the facilities we needed for our stay. Manuelle the owner was lovely and very accommodating the shower and bathroom were great. the location, for us, was perfect as we arrived by car and there was dedicated parking available (parking can be a huge problem in Italy). the apartment is within a short walk of the town centre and lakeside -Brilliant.

    Wonderful setting with a lake view from the terrace, helpful staff, great breakfast and tea/coffee making facilities and fridge in the room. We had a very enjoyable day in the town, a great meal at a nearby restaurant and an evening on the terrace watching the busy lakefront nightlife. Parking was a bit busy but the hotel gave us a parking permit which meant we only paid .50 cents a day
