It was a fantastic experience staying at this hotel. The hotel it's a gem💎 in this wonderful place. It's a first time we have visit the abano terme and we will definitely keep it in mind for the next times as a stop before returning to our country. Everyone on the stuff is extremely welcoming, friendly, helpful. Of all the hotels across Europe we have been, it was the only one that made us feel as comfortable as at home. Well done to all of you, it was a pleasure to meet you!! Very clean hotel and room, amazing pool with hot thermal water, fantastic and very high quality breakfast! We didn't expect such service at breakfast. Thank you for your gift, we appreciate it.

Clean large new rooms with exquisite toiletries from Aqua di Parma. Superb large quiet with all the hydromassage facilities pools. The spa is memorable. I had such a wonderful and relaxing stay at this hotel. The whole experience—from the tranquil spa area, soothing massage, to the beautiful swimming pool and peaceful relaxation zones—was exactly what I needed to unwind. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, always making sure I was comfortable. A special thank you to the kind waiter at breakfast—he went above and beyond and even made a special juice just for me. That thoughtful gesture made my morning extra special! Location is very central and literally in the middle of the town. The hotel has 2 pools (ground floor - called 1st floor and 4th floor - panoramic) which are very warm and cosy and maintained very well and open until 23. The room was ok, we had a balcony, but it was raining (which didn't bother us enough not to swim outside :) ). SPA area is clean but they have only 3 sauna rooms (closing at 20) and they are relatively small for a hotel that big. Also the parking lot is not really big, but you can leave the car in the way and let the reception have your car key so they can move it if needed. You get two shower caps, many towels and even two bathrobes - all included in price. No slippers, however. We would recommend it if you're ready to part ways with some money ;)
