Upon checkin-in we were offered an upgrade from a deluxe double to a junior suite which included a large room and balcony with a view. Comfortable bed, great shower (including built-in shower gel, etc - so much better than little plastic bottles). Hotel staff were lovely and helpful. Breakfast was delicious and generous.

Staff is really nice. First my boyfriend asked at reception (in secret) to surprise me for my birthday and they really delivered with cake and a nice letter. Also asked them if we could have breakfast a little bit earlier so we can go to Petra as early as possible and again they arranged it without any problems.

Friendliness and good service. Everyone was also very relaxed and calm. We were lucky that we were two of few guests so we got very good treatment. Very nice place with nice atmosphere in the ‘wild’. Food was fantastic and fresh!

Everything was great The property has an amazing view, it's new, clean and well organized with every amenity you need. The staff is helpful and even arranges breakfast early in a to-go box. The people there care about enhancing your experience. Breakfast was good The manager even wanted to update the breakfast as per our preferences.Highly recommend.
