Everything was perfect! They welcome us with ballons for our anniversary. Minibar was full and complimentary. We had connected rooms and it was great. The pool on the roof is the best thing. Food was great, staff very friendly and professional They have their own garage for cars. It is close to the entrance for Petra The view from terrace is amazing

The location is great for those visiting Petra - it's less than a few minutes to the entrance (only the Movenpick beats it). Hotel is very new with clean and fresh bedrooms. Overall, everyone was very helpful - Ahmed was great. Plus the 7 JOD packed lunch comes in very handy for Petra where everything is overpriced and underwhelming.

Our day in Wadi Musa was truly unforgettable — exploring Petra from sunrise to sunset felt like stepping into another world. The walk through the Siq, that first breathtaking glimpse of the Treasury, the climb up countless steps to viewpoints… every bit of it was worth the aching legs. By evening, the city glowed with desert colors and we wrapped up the night with sore feet, full hearts, and endless photos.

Absolutely beautiful place, but lots of scammers!

Absolutely beautiful place, but lots of scammers! Locals were very pushy. At first they are overly friendly, but this quickly turns to rude and aggressive if you don't tip, they will lie about directions and then insist they be your guide. Even if you say no they ask for Tip. You just need to be aware of your surroundings and try not to let the scammers bother you.

I loved Wadi Musa for its welcoming people, stunning desert landscape, and its closeness to Petra. If anything “could be better,” it would simply be having even more time to explore and enjoy everything the town and Petra has to offer. Ask about the transfer that drops you off at the top near the Monastery - this saves you walking up and then back down the same route.

Petra was the main highlight.

Petra was the main highlight. I would recommend spending at least 2 days here since 1 day isn't enough to capture the full experience. We ate at an excellent restaurant called "My mother's recipe" which had the most excellent food we ate in all of Jordan. Wadi Musa is very hilly, so be prepared for a lot of uphill walking unless you get a taxi or a rental car.

Everything was perfect, I recommend everyone to stay at least 2 days , city is lively, full of restaurants and shops like a beach cities in Europe so it’s good to have a time to spend in the city and enjoy your journey ! Don’t forget to go to the cave restaurant which is just before the entrance of Petra visit center , an amazing cave

This is a must visit place.

This is a must visit place. The natural beauty, Petra and rest of the nabatean ruins are out of the world. trek to the monastery is worth the effort. It will be uncomfortable in summer You need to spend at least two days. Petra at night is the most amazing experience. The views from Petra to wadi Rum is spectacular. Absolutely on everyone’s bucket list Food, Jordanian people and hospitality is wonderful. It is a safe place!!!

Petra Premium Hotel was amazing. The staff gave me very useful tips about the Petra visit i was about to do, like hiking times, location of shuttle bus etc. The staff is super friendly and helpful! The hotel was located very good with alot of restaurants around to choose from. The hotel also was not that far from the entrance to Petra, about 15-20 minute walk. Lastly, the room was very clean and spacious and the breakfast was great to. I totally recommend this place if you ever pass by Wadi Musa, great value for the price.

Value for money - it's a new hotel so everything is really clean and nice. We booked this hotel because It's a lot cheaper than the 5star hotels in Petra. The hotel is a 5 minute drive from the entrance to Petra. We didn't mind coz we had rented a car. The staff are super friendly and helpful. Dinner was amazing. Breakfast was pretty basic but quality of food was really good. The hotel gave us a free upgrade to a suite room which was such a nice surprise!!

The room and the breakfast was so nice ! Mohannad Nawafleh (jaguar) help us for our car problem, he bring us to Petra with all the information we need. He was always very nice, welpcoming and helpful Thank you to honor Ogla Nawafleh to bring Mohannad to work to the Luxury Petra Moon hotel. Thanks to him, our stay was perfect ! I really recommend to stay at the Petra Moon hotel if you want to visit Petra.

Words are hard to describe the experience of this amazing small hotel , Bakier and his family run this business at a very high level and they have built it in a way that it gives you more than a place to sleep and eat like the most hotels all around , they give you an experience and experiences are priceless . I also wanted to say ,Dont go to Petra by night sunset tour is way more fun and relaxing!

good locatio in old town of Wadi musa free parking and shuttle to Petra visitor centre also pick up. good breakfast, but we were only 4 guests in hotel, if we will be more, we should wait, since the guy at reception its also cook, waiter and driver...
