The luxury decor of the service apartment. We got wonderful views of snow and skiers practicing right at the doorstep. Their ski-in and ski-out with ski valet is superb. My children loves the staff at the ski valet. The apartment has washing machine with drying function which added to the convenience of cleaning their wet ski gears. 5stars

The onsen area was clean and comfortable. Slept well. The breakfast was good. The staff were friendly and helpful. Location was good close to canal and where we needed to be. We used the public carpark very close to the hotel for cheaper and easier to access.

I love the public onsen and chill room with free icecream and milk. It made me feel so lively and exciting with late dinner (free ramen) offer. It’s outstanding from others hotel. Very nice location adjacent to station.
