Every single detail in this hotel was taken to the perfection. We felt welcomed and been treated like a VIP eventhough we were just an ordinary tourists. Hotel have really nice and spacious rooms (we booked a Deluxe room with king size bed). Everything was super clean and house keeping done every day to perfection. As we booked the room with half-board dinning we enjoyed the breakfast as well as dinner at the hotel. Meal was good, so the dinning area.

The tatami mat room and the bed were sooo comfortable. The rooms were quiet and we slept so well. It was mega spacious. We also felt it was quite easy to walk everywhere from the hotel, and it was close to the station and public transport. The staff was kind and so helpful! We loved that they organised a sake tasting and celebrated the Autumn Moon with us.

Sometimes the best surprises come when you don’t have high expectations. This hotel turned out to be a real gem in the heart of the nightlife district. Everything is within walking distance, and the comfort is exceptional. Our suite was spacious, spotless, and tastefully decorated. The staff doesn’t speak English, but that’s easily solved with a translation app and a friendly smile. Highly recommended!

This hotel is well located, about a half hour walk from the main tourist sites in downtown Hiroshima as well as a 5 minute bus ride from the JR train station. The rooms are very spacious, especially for Japan. The rooms are beautifully decorated and modern with a kitchenette, table and small sitting area. We particularly appreciated the washer/dryer in the room. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. One of them called a taxi for us and she was also able to arrange a one day extension of our stay in the room we occupied when my wife became ill and we couldn't leave when originally planned.
