The staff, Jessie, Lingge and Jit, were really nice and welcoming! They made sure that I was well taken care of, and shared recommendations of where to eat! Really nice design, refreshing Victorian concept. Room was amply spacious too. And it was close to the food options around the area as well. It got really dark at night, but they provided torchlights that we could use!

The whole facility is amazing. The staff was also very patient and kind even though I believe I broke a rule (staying too late in the morning). The food is also exceptional. This was a really good first time Ryokan experience for me and I will definitely be back when I return to Japan.

We loved everything. One of the best hotels we've stayed in Japan so far. Reasonable price & excellent service. Loved that all the rooms have hot spring water flowing. On the territory of the hotel they have a lot of activities: free drink bar in the lounge, mini-live concert in the evening, hand and foot hot spring baths, children play room with games, massage, many types on hot spring baths, souvenir shop and even hand-made classes. We didn't have enough time to explore everything. The food is outstanding and they have a lot of options for vegans/ vegetarians, and all the meals that contain allergens are marked. Also, we appreciate the shuttle bus to the hotel, they came to pick up only 2 of us, although we have arrived late. The room was very quiet, spacious and we had a good sleep, didn't want to leave. Will make sure to come again. You can feel that staff in this hotel truly love their job and care about customers.
