The most admirable respectable staff (Tiger) instantly made us feel welcome. We were offered food and drinks upon our arrival, including all you want of various sakes, food and snacks. The room was huge clean comfortable, just amazing. My wife said it was her favorite place to stay in Japan. Out of 4 places. We had so comfortable pajamas. We felt so welcome and hope to return someday.

The vibe was modern and clean and the staff were very friendly and helpful. And the food was good. The rooms were small by American standards but nicely laid out and we had everything we needed. Our two teenagers each (separately) stayed in a room next to our parent room.

The hotel is very beautiful, all industrial design, big entrance, great illumination, each corner has a unique taste, very nice view on the river, from the terrace near the restaurant where there's breakfast. The big bath is clean and has all the amenities needed. The hotel il located 8/10 minutes from the airport. I strongly recommend it!
